Quite good gas day yesterday, 1lb off to 11.2 which isn't a massive fall but then the weekend wasn't a huge fail to reverse.

Hoping to walk to school, then go for a run followed by loads of housework. Will try to only eat when hungry.....

Me too loti Blush I am feeling much better for actually getting some vitamins in...

Still currently +0.5 on Friday but it's only Tuesday and am on my first fast day of the week so hopefully might drop a lb or two by Friday. Still a looong way to go but seem to be re-mojo'd which is brilliant Grin No exercise as yet though, labyrinthitis is back a bit this week so keeping head as still as possible, didn't get much gardening done after all!

Sounds like we are all mojo'd up actually, feels good to be back here chatting to you guys Smile. In an effort to put off working for another 5 minutes Blush I have noticed we have posted as much since the beginning of September as we di in the previous six weeks! No wonder we got lardy...

Yay for mojo's; not entirely convinced mine is back but am using tough love on myself.

Walked/ran 5k. Very unfit. I'm trying to ease in slowly as foot/shins hurting a little and don't want to blow it. Trying to compensate for feck a exercise by doing feck all eating which seems to be working for the moment.

Soup for lunch and u guessed it salad for tea! Trying to find filling but low calorie foods to try and stop the snacking!

Eh? Ah well, not retyoing long post but fasted today too and will revert to ff for rest of week and try an limit weekend excesses.
Out for lunch tomorrow, so see if I can swerve chips ink lovely given past experience Blush Grin

Oh and have a brand new pair of Hobbs size 10's I bought a while back which I can't do up. I WILL fit into them.....

Doctor has put me on antibiotics in case it's a bacterial infection and is referring me for an ear / brain scan . She reckons it's nothing to worry about but may have small lesions in my inner ears which are causing the symptoms so better to check & be sure I will not worry that I have a brain tumour oh no... and just keep taking the tablets in the meantime. Of course I came home and consoled myself with millionaires shortbread which I don't actually like that much fucking idiotbut only an extra 180 calories so 680 for the day which I can live with. Starving now though Grin

sazz you WILL be in those size 10s in no time!

loti well done on the walk and the healthy food. Don't go mad though you are already gorgeously slender Smile

Oh fjorny Hmm you have had some terrible health recently you poor thing I really hope the antibiotics do their thing and will keep all fingers and toes crossed for the MRI.

Usual here as always Smile tho the scales did show 0.75 down on yesterday Smile I am hoping that my more healthily eating is doing the trick! I have to confess that dinner has never really been my thingBlush as a result I snacked and snacked all eveningBlushBlushBlush however the last two nights I have really tried to avoid snacking and eat properly! I am hoping that this will be a long term solution Smile

Well done on the healthier eating LOTI. You really will feel better for eating good food rather than crappy snacks. Lots of fresh herbs, spices and chillies always perk me up.

Down 1.5 to 11.0.5. Would love to break 11 this week. Not fasting today, which will be a test because once I start eating anything substantial I seem to feel hungrier and eat more. Hmm

Despite my millionaire's shortbread I managed a -2 from yesterday to 12 9 so am actually -1.5 on last Friday [thank feck] not sure what to do about fasting tomorrow, might give it a miss and just try and not eat too much till I'm feeling better and off the antibiotics.

Yay for gym loti, I really think we are all up for it this time and will be seeing some positive results whether it's lost poundage or just toning Smile

sazz hope you can avoid snacking!

Fjorn, well done for your loss - I think if I were you I would still fast tomorrow but have a small treat if you fancy it to perk yourself up.

for the gym LOTI - I should have been at circuits this am.

Instead I shopped and went out for lunch Grin. So, we parked out of town and walked about a mile in, so 3 miles walked with walk to school this morning.
Banana for brekker and lunch was Greek mezze, but only small portion and a beer to go with it
So, just having cabbage soup for tea and reckon I will be within calories

Sounds like a fun day sazz, v Envy of the beer although got a bargainous bottle of Baileys for a fiver in asda on my way home Shock It's hazelnut which isn't my favourite but who cares for a fiver??? Just have to not drink it until I have lost a goodly amount maybe it can be my 11-something treat Grin

Feeling quite a bit better today so think I will try fasting tomoz, or at least cut right back with no breakfast and try not to have lunch. Will see how that goes...

Have a treadmill at home which I never use Blush got off my butt just now and did 2.55km run/walk mostly run and a few sit ups. Sweaty mess now Grin

sazz you're not the only yo-yoer, although for last 18 months I have mainly been gaining Blush and still 2 stone off target...

Managing so far not to eat though, have cottage cheese in the fridge but resisting it's bland allure. 2.5 hours at work then home for salmon with runner beans and cauliflower rice, really looking forward to it!

The scales were not my friend this morning +2 on yesterday why why why?? Pretty much exact the same as the day before, drunk the same and exercised the same. Not a happy bunny Hmm

Anyway first school run walked and 3.10 km on treadmill mostly running. Exhausted now and look like this Blush
