Sort of fast day yesterday = 3 off so only +4 today. Proper fast day today, hoping I can get another 3 off! I bought a lovely dress yesterday, a plum coloured cord pinafore dress from asda size 14. Most of the clothes I wear tend to be fitted round the bust then flare out from the waist but this is a straight down skirt and it was bulging Blush Sad damn you middle aged spread... so might need to start doinfg sit ups too!

loti well done on your continued loss and don't worry about the fags, sometimes it takes a few goes to properly quit. I am truly a non-smoker again now, although do get wistful for the odd cig here and there. I did try a puff on a spliff back in July but it was so disgusting I know I shan't bother again

sazz bugger to only get 0.75 off on your fast day, don't give up lass I'm sure you're due a good lb or two off this week Grin

I just believe it tbh Fjorn. I was very good last week, 2 fasts, 3 days within 1200 calories, circuits class and no weekend blow out. FFS I even went for a pub lunch with my parents and had a bowl of fish soup and a small piece of bread!! All that and I put on 0.75lb Angry

I know that 1200 cals a day and 4x exersazz a week works for me but I can't easily get that into my schedule. Low carbing and 5-2 are seemingly rubbish for me do not sure where to go now tbh. I want to try and get some shredding in (arms and legs need toning) but lacking some mojo.

Anyhoo, have run/walked 7.5k today and will stick to 1200 cals because I am too bloody minded to give up just yet Grin

Could you be eating too little sazz? Body in starvation? Stick to your 1200 today and with the added exercise you should see a loss tomorrow? If not maybe upping the cals for a bit?

It's possible LOTI, but I don't think so. I wanted to try and do something where I wasn't logging every calorie and every bit of exercise but seems like that is not an option for me. I do want to try and up the exercise but I just don't seem to be able to make it part of my 'normal' week, and thus won't be sustainable.

I will try harder at the weekend to fit one session in, then run Tues and circuits Weds and see how I get on.

I have logged food and I am well below today even with casserole & rice for tea, so you could be right. Just very counter-intuitive to eat more (especially as I am not even properly hungry). All very odd.

I would try and meet your calorie allowance if possible and see if it makes a difference? You may need more cals to burn the ones you are eating iykwim? Could be talking through my hat tho Grin

Second school run done. Gearing myself up to take dd2 to netball, at least it will keep me out of the kitchen for a bit Smile

Wow to your 3 off Fjorn and hope another one drops off by tomorrow.

I have circuits this am and a friend coming over with her dogs so hopefully a good walk too. Will be counteracted by a nice lunch. Should manage within cals and same for rest of the week.

0.5k run (spent too long chatting at school gate for proper warm up Blush), 1 hr circuits and 8 mins powerplate. 15 min walk with friend due to late lunch Lunch was turkey with Thai noodles from healthy cookbook followed by fresh fruit and 0% yoghurt. Off to log it now Smile

Usual 3 miles walking, off to do the other two in a mo. baked two sponge cakes with melted chocolate and smarties on top for school and not one smartie passed my lips Smile
However re-reading the information given I should of made fairy cakes well tough titty GrinGrinGrin

Ha Ha LOTI - I would be impressed by any cakes as I usually just ignore requests for baking from the school Grin. Very restrained on the smarties, but no mention of the melted chocolate I see Wink

Lunch was lovely and I still have a fair few calories left (especially having done circuits this morning) so all good. Feel ever so slightly less wobbly which is fab.

Have also booked a pilates class for Sat lunchtime to try and up my weekly exercise and not turn into a blob at weekends. Remains to be seen how sustainable it is........

0.75 off to 10.13. However this is 0.25 on which is (excuse swearing) absolutely fucking ridiculous given diet and exercise for the week. Grrrrr Angry

However trend is 5 off in 3 weeks. MUST FOCUS ON THIS:
