heartstart · 21/05/2012 07:55

Whoo hoo 4lb off Grin

WillieWaggledagger · 21/05/2012 07:57

good morning!

2lb down, which is good considering dp has been away so i have been crap at keeping to mealtimes

this week i will knock the snacking on the head (the number of snacks i have has been slowly creeping up)

am now 10st 4lb and despite my saying i am not aiming for losses particularly anymore, i feel like the 9s are in my grasp... possibly by the end of this month or is that being greedy??!

teaandthorazine · 21/05/2012 08:04

Another pound off Grin

It was more earlier in the week but knackeredness and disorientation from two nightshifts (one of which involved being given a box of Celebrations) scuppered my good intentions. But hey, a pound is a pound!

smokinaces · 21/05/2012 08:09

Am a sts at 10st 11. Bit gutted, but its week five and to be fair I was maybe going a bit too bootcamp lite. Back on it solid this week.

doradoo · 21/05/2012 08:19

81.5kg so that's 200g on so not great but will settle for that given the cheating over the weekend!

Onwards and downwards....hopefully

Jacaqueen · 21/05/2012 08:21

1lb down which is a bit pants after staying the same last week.

However I am going to buckle down and get back to bootcamp rules. I've been a bit free handed with the wine, nuts and cheese over the weekend.

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 08:21

A massive half a pound down here!

Bootcamp for me this week. I really want to see the scales start with a 9 again, and to stick in the 9s, very soon.

I am back up to 10st 1, having shown a loss earlier in the week. I am a daily weigher which I find helpful because it shows me that the ups and downs are normal and the losses will show eventually.

TOTM is looming so will try to drink more water this week since I am pretty sure that my gain is water. Bizarrely, I am definitely thinner , despite what the scales say.

FiddleDeFat · 21/05/2012 08:28

2lb on, which is not as bad as it could/should have been. I have been visiting my mum this week and have been waving at you all from the cake shop! Getting back on track from today.

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 08:29

Seems bizarre, but absolutely true!

Scales are only a guide - your clothes are a much better way to tell how your weight is going.

GreenEyesAndHam · 21/05/2012 08:51

Another 2lb down which is bizarre considering I'd seen no movement on the scales all week (daily weigher) until my official weigh day, which was yesterday. Still I'm not complaining!

I'm still pretty much on bootcamp/ IPD phase 1 rules although I had intended to ease up by now. I'm finding though, that I'm not missing things enough to reintroduce them, especially whilst the weight is dropping off.

I bet I get to target weight then pig out and pile it back on within a week Grin

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 08:58

.... in which case you just go back to Bootcamp/phase 1 Grin

Easy.

Next?

See I've sts, but lost an inch off my waist. My Asda size ten jeans (which are equivilent to a 12 in primark and next) fitted fab yesterday, didn't feel too tight at all. I'm watching my extras this week.

MmeLindor. · 21/05/2012 09:16

I have lost 2.5kg, which is just over 5lbs so am very pleased.

Most of that seems to have gone on my norks, I am happy to report. Am fitting into my nice Bravissimo bras again.

Theeverexpandingrodders · 21/05/2012 09:31

Today I am 12.2 so lost 1lb on my phone so can someone add me too spreadsheet please ?

MsRinky · 21/05/2012 09:45

Officially two pounds off this morning. It was three on Saturday morning, swizz. But Monday is recording day, so I have dutifully put myself down for two.

I will also be weighing in on Saturday, as that is my two-month mark. And then I shall be going away on holiday in the camper van for 10 days, including one 40th birthday party, a visit to a beer festival and a wedding. So that will be rather challenging. Although it is a mark of how well I'm doing that I am actually wondering how, with no oven, I'm going to manage that length of time with no roasted cauliflower.

Hepsibaaah · 21/05/2012 09:48

urgh. gained a pound. back up to 133.
I could blame busy weekend, family, etc etc etc, but in reality I went off the rails. Not by much (which is a tad scary), had dessert when taken out for supper, succumbed to sharing crisps and half a choc bar with my exam-stressed DD.....ah well.
on the up side, bought a pair of size 10 jeans at the weekend, which caste a slightly less gloomy light on my one-week-stall.
going back to BC for this week (going to miss blueberry and cream!)

Shimbo · 21/05/2012 09:51

Well I seem to have lost 4lb in my first week if the scales are to be trusted. Although I weighed myself twice this morning after breakfast I was in disbelief at the scales, so I will do it again tonight. Although it seems other people are losing similar amounts!

DoUntoOtters · 21/05/2012 10:07

A 2lb loss for me this week. Grin

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 10:15

Well done, losers!

vnmum · 21/05/2012 10:19

woo hoo, I have finally broken my plateau and lost some weight. 2lb off for me so the scales read 10st. the 9's are ever so close after such a long stall Smile

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 10:39

Brilliant! Hopefully I'm next in line for the woosh fairy ...

Another 1lb for me - it seems so slow at the moment compared to what I was losing at the start. Am on holiday in four weeks so think I might go back to Bootcamp for a couple of weeks before we go.

Yummy meal out on Friday night - ended up having steak and green veggies which was delish, and a glass of Wine which made me sleepy after four alchohol-free months Grin

BIWItheBold · 21/05/2012 10:56

It may seem slow, but it's much better in the long-term to lose weight slowly. And 1-2lbs per week is sustainable and expected.

However, a return to Bootcamp is no bad thing - it's surprising how easy it is to allow carb creep.
