Been good foodwise today but haven't drunk much water or done any exercise. I went into town to buy the Penny Smith Yoga DVD but couldn't find it in any of the shops.

Bubblerock, which one do you have as I'm going to order it off Amazon but there area few to choose from.

Today I've eaten

Cup of tea
Shredded wheat
1 x satsuma
Broccoli and stilton soup
2 x ryvita & an apple
Roast dinner - chicken, lots of veggies and only one roast potato

Tomorrow I plan to do the Davina workout again now my muscles have started to move again after last time.

Oh yes, also bought some new scales as the last ones were rubbish with big lines which made it difficult to work out exactly what weight I am. My new ones are electronic so give a specific reading and have me only 1lb lighter than when I started Oh well, 1lb loss is better than a gain and I still have one more day to go yet.

I am soooo dreading getting on the scales have gone from bad to worse this week. Have just given up going to have to pull my socks up I feel or your all going to loose and i'll be the only one not

i had a little treat tonight - a CHOMP bar, had been fancying something sweet all day, and had been pretty good.

In total today...

1 bowl shreddies with "healthy" milk and a little sweetener
3 slices fat trimmed off bacon
2 eggs fried in Fry Light
2 slices NIMBLE toast with low fat olive spread
5 satsumas
1 pear
Lean Beef Casserole (slow cooker) with 1 slice NIMBLE bread and one slice of normal bread (oops)
1 Chomp
1/2 melon about to be eaten!

Loads of diet coke - even went to the club this afternoon and only had a diet coke, rather than the usual MALIBU and FULL FAT COKE

I'm afraid I ate it BUT they are only 115 cals so in the end I was only 70 cals over my limit Hopefully I will still lose tommorow!

im doing ok , i just had vegge rissotto for dinner and i have eaten loads of fruit today to. do we have a weigh in day if so when is it and do we have to post it or email it to UCM?

My diet officially starts today!!!!
Doing the kelloggs weight loss diet for two weeks...that should kick start me and have just packed my bag to go off for a swim the second the boys go to school. 100 lengths, three times a week for me...combined with 2 mile hike every day with the dog!!!!
I will be slim by Christmas!!!!

I actually got through the weekend without drinking!!!! [Gobsmacked emoticon]

Foodwise.. Sunday.. well not brilliant..Breakfast.. Weerabix

Lunch ..advocado/mozzarella/olive salad, which may be nice, but is high in calories I do believe.

Dinner..Quorn bangers and mash.

Still not moving my lardy a**e yet, so don't anticipate any great weight loss tomorrow.

But one step at a time etc, (this time next year hopefully there will be substantially less of me!)

How did everyone elses weekend go?

I am also feeling really pleased as have managed to stick to healthy eating and no chocolate over the weekend - and went to a spinning class for the first time in over a year. It wasn't easy but it should be able get easier with every week, and remember we've only just started ...

Can I confess something here, I hadn't heard of spinning classes until watching Sex and The City a while ago, and until recently I really thought it was rooms of people spinning around.

I have never heard of them and as you say I am imagining a room of poeple spinning!

What is it?

I have just made and eaten some lovely (if I do say so myself) vegetable soup! Was dead easy to make and even DS2 ate some (he never eats veg!) Had that with 2 small pieces of wholemeal bread with Flora Pro-Activ spread.

Also had my weetabix minis with s/s milk and a small glass of orange juice for brekkie, mid morning I had a cup of hot water with lemon juice.

I am determined to start as I mean to go on!

Am going to have to make up this week for slacking over the weekend.

Yesterday I had Alpen for breakfast with OJ and some fruit. A ham sandwich for lunch. Sounds healthy huh? But wait for it..........had smoked salmon starter, lamb casserole followed by apple and blackberry crumble AND bread and butter pudding. Yes, 2 desserts and red wine. Finally, had three chocolate truffles before bedtime. I wish people will stop tempting me with food!

Not exercised yet.

hi girls, keep the good work up!
u couldnt resist weighing myself today as i was in boots and ive lost 3lbs in barely a week! I cant believe it, since ive had dd 7 months ago today! ive put on so much weight didnt think i'd be able to diet as I am very low on energy.
I'm going thru a lot of depressing stuff at the moment so this is a good thing to focus on.
hope you all have a good week and even if u don't, keep trying.

Well done, me23! That's great. Sorry you are having a hard time at the moment, I am too, so let's try really hard to become slim and healthy so we can feel about about our weight at least. I've lost two pounds in the last week, which I'm happy about.

1 Special K cereal Bar

JAcket potato with cheese and beans

FOr tea i am having lamb steak grilled. with LOTs of veg - possibly a bit of mash but not going to tempt fate before weigh in.

1/2 a melon for pudding

So what IS the weigh day? Or is there not one? Lots of people have asked but I haven't seen an answer yet. I know the chart is done on Tuesday, so is the weigh day Tuesday or is Monday and the info collated on a Tuesday?!

Just an overview of my week. Ihave only had 4 slices of bread this week, but not given up the wine. No sugar in tea and coffee and lots of water, but had Chinese on Sat night. Eaten quite a bit of fruit and veg, but found some more choc and mince pies. Think I've been more good than bad otherwise I can see some harsh measures coming in.
