well, the best I can say today is that I have stopped drinking alcohol, and started drinking water in a big way.....

the worst..
am afraid that I had to finish the thorntons chocolate toffees,as they were jumping out of the larder at me

but now they are gone.. that,is it.

If anyone wants to do the CSIRO diet i am purchasing the book today. It has shopping lists and everything that you need to have in the cupboard to make the meals.

UCM I have been trying to email you but it sent it back did you get my one the other day. I sent it with just the .com first and then tried the .com.uk but that got sent back.

Well I haven't eaten much at all today as am having horrible day anyway. Didn't go to work as result of horrid stuff yesterday.

Have had a bacon (on bone) sandwich and 2 large glasses of wine.

OK got my chart too! I am guessing I am down as Jenumg as the statistics match!

Had one glass of white wine and 3 after eights this evening , but still better than a bottle of wine and a box of after eights I guess!

JM I emailed you, where's your height & weight and you have to email it to that hotmail one as I need to add it to the group otherwise I will get confused.

Yes, I did have to keep the names short as there weren't much room. But think of all of the room we will have in a months time.
