Soft mints are terribly addictive. We used to go through at least two packets on long car journeys
. Not any more!
Ria Tis up to you on the weighing in, but personally, I would want to know what the score was as a good kick up the bum for the following week. Not that you have to tell us of course.
We spent a couple of hours in A&E. When dh came home he didn't know he'd cut his head, or had a big red bruise on his temple. He hit the windscreen and dashboard
. The airbags didn't go off. I've seen photos of the car, and it looks down the side that hit like an opened sardine tin
He is very very shaken, and has whiplash. Dr said he cannot drive for 24-48 hours, and I know what to look for and when to take him back if necessary. I think he's realised how close he came to being very badly hurt.
I still did the weekly shop afterwards. Am I eeeevil?
.
Oh, and the naughty jumping baked goods seem to have travelled to my house. 4 mini chocolate brownie bites committed brownicide in my mouth while I was putting the shopping away. I wonder whose house they'll turn up at next?
I have bought some wine and chocolate ready for tomorrow. Think we might be going to the coast for some of the day (brrrr!) and you know what that means - freshly cooked ring donuts!! (Slinky - want me to send you some?
) I do hope the stand is still open at this time of year.
