Hi all, just wondering whether anyone else was doing Exante Total Solution at the moment so that we could maybe keep each other company?

My story is that I've been on the programme since 1st August - so far lost 16lbs which makes me feel great Grin, am about a quarter of the way along Blush as I have 4 stone to lose to get to where I feel comfortable with myself, at about 1/2 a stone lighter than when i met my DH!!!

I was 16 stone 1lb on 1st August, which at 5' 9" with a sadly sturdy frame made me a rather well padded size 18 - now I am at 14 stone 13lb and my size 18 jeans are much more comfortable, size 16 skirt and tops fit me again and i feel just that bit better. I have rewarded myself today with a little splurge on new makeup and I think i'll try to maintain that approach, reward myself with something lovely when i cross each stone off. Spotted some lovely scent today so that might do for 14 to 13. 13 to 12 will be excellent (new wardrobe time i think!) and if i can get down to 11 something I will be turning cartwheels if I don't faint on the spot.

I've found it actually really easy to stick to so far, I quite like the soups and shakes and the bars aren't bad - i've had a couple of lunches out (healthy choices!) and one lovely dinner and even then I seem to have managed to lose over the wee. Hopefully it'll continue to work that way, I like the idea that I can have a couple of bonus nights off over the month, it makes it feel a bit less restrictive. I've definitely found that my appetite is smaller though and I felt full after much less food than I've been used to, and as I'm a comfort and boredom eater having a proper break from food is really good for me mentally too.

I'm planning a food week break next week and then straight back on the Total solution after that. DH might do it with me next month, think he'd like to lose a stone too - which will make it even easier to stick to if he's not cooking tasty meals while I tuck into a soup.....

Anyway, it'd be great to hear from anyone else doing Exante at the moment or any of you ladies who has done it in the past and got a success story to tell

Ive just ordered a months worth of exante diet and im nervous about starting it but excited to see the results. I have tried numerous diets in the past but im never organised with shopping and being prepared and have reall issues with comfort and boredom eating so I thought a strict food break would be the best option. Hopefully can keep intouch with others in the same boat. im new to all this message jargon too so hopefully learn a bit about that while im here.

Feeling determined :)

Hiya my exante diet package came through on saturday and i started the VLCD diet today ( im on 3 shakes a day plus plenty of water i think lol ) But i really need to lose 5 stonnes . I am 15 stonnes at the moment and i have tried various diets but never managed to stick to them . Last one was slimming world and it was tempting because you could still eat anything but cook it healthy using frylight .I am looking for something to kickstsrt my weight loss from the start which is why i think exante total solution is for me. Drastic i know but i really want to stick to it and watch the weight drop off. My goal is 10 stonnes. If my sister can do it so can i. The first few days are the hardest especially food smells 😂 when im feeding the family. Good luck in your weight loss journey :)

I love the taste of the bars and shakes, and the results I have achieved. However, and its a biggy for me. I just recently read all the ingredients and realised that all their bars and shakes contain Sodium Fluoride which is a synthetic fluoride, and the most harmful kind there is to the human body. Google it: It calcifies your arteries, joints and your pineal gland, causes inflammation which is the most common cause of all diseases. I spend a fortune on good quality drinking water not containing fluoride and here I find I have been consuming it in my 3 meals a day. I just think its fair to let people know of this harmful toxin in these products for people who care what goes into their body, so you can at least make an informed decision when deciding whether to purchase or not. I for one along with friends and family will not be purchasing anymore until this harmful toxin has been removed. I have informed customer services of my concerns. They have promised to look into it, totally understood my concerns and were going to see if it could be removed. I can think of no justifiable reason why such a harmful toxin has been used in health food.
