DingDong - congratulations!! Grin

Tarty - this system is really brilliant. I've dealt with some of issues around overeating - the weight isn't coming off very fast (but I am BFing a 3 month old!!) but it isn't going on either and I am exercising and generally not beating myself up about food any longer. A huuuuuge improvement :)

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 21:36

Congratulations dingdong! Love your name.

is anyone about right now?

Alibabaandthe80nappies · 03/07/2011 21:42

Fab I'm here, what's up?

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 21:45

Hi Ali.

DH is looking to get me the CD as I am fat (hoping some is period as on) but I don't know what I am meant to be looking for and getting.

SilveryMoon · 03/07/2011 21:46

Hi.
I've stopped posting because I stopped Pauling.
Will get back on it though, just need a few days to get my brain in the right place to start up again.
FAB you ok?

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 21:49

I am just so tired.
Fed up of being fat.
Have to go for an ultrasound as breast issues.
Not enough hours in the day.

PositiveAttitude · 03/07/2011 21:55

Hi FAB here's the link to what I bought
Its the book, CD and DVD with the 90 day journal, too.

SilveryMoon · 03/07/2011 21:57

Yep, that's the one I've got too.
FAB How is this system working for you?

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 21:57

Is that all in one pack? [thick emoticon}

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 21:59

SM - I started off okay, lost a couple of pounds but haven't weighed myself for a while. Started my period on thursday and just feel swollen all round, not helped by a rash i have on my tummy from some bites i think. I am just so exhausted all the time that i feel like crying.

SilveryMoon · 03/07/2011 22:00

Yes it is. The dvd and cd are in cases inside the book covers.

SilveryMoon · 03/07/2011 22:03

Are you eating enough?
I remember you eating very little when we both joined this thread, and I always feel drained when I've not eaten enough.
I'm sorry you are feeling tired and exhausted, I know it's not a good feeling.
Hope it al gets better soon

TheOriginalFAB · 03/07/2011 22:09

I don't know really. I have been having salads and soups for lunch and dinner as a way of getting good stuff in me without eating too much and tbh the tiredness has been going on for months. I have FM and that doesn't help. I am struggling physically and emotionally as too much pressures tbh.

Alibabaandthe80nappies · 03/07/2011 22:45

Fab - sorry to have buggered off, DS2 wanted more feeding!

The CD I have came with the book, there is a DVD attached as well and also the journal is in the same book - does that makes sense?

Have you had your thyroid checked? I hope your GP is doing some general blood tests?

TheOriginalFAB · 04/07/2011 08:15

That's okay Smile. Baby trumps everything Grin.

Thyroid is fine according to GP but 8i have to admit I am doubtful.

I am on tablets at night to help me sleep as I am not getting REM sleep so no wonder I am knackered. I am going to walk the children to school - exercise for my fatness - and then I am planning on going to bed. I have to do my volunteering this afternoon so can't sleep all day. It is getting me down more than having depression tbh.

Niecie · 04/07/2011 14:22

FAB - I read something a week or so ago that reminded me of your problems. The person had something wrong with their adrenal gland - Addisons disease. It isn't as bad as it might sound - but might be worth looking into.

Dingdong - Congratulatons. How lovely. What better reason for weight gain! Smile

SoloAgainItSeems · 04/07/2011 14:46

Well done DingDong!!! Grin

MuffinsMummy · 04/07/2011 16:34

Congratulations DingDong lovely news. Hope the 12 week scan goes well.

Still no AF Confused

TheOriginalFAB · 04/07/2011 17:07

Thanks Niecie, I have had a quick look and then sent the link to DH to print out. I can't face any more doctor's appointments.

MuffinsMummy · 05/07/2011 13:04

Hello is there anybody out there! Grin

Niecie · 05/07/2011 14:01

Hello MuffinsMum - are you OK? This thread is going through a quiet spell isn't it? I hope that doesn't mean we are all struggling and don't want to post. I hope we are quiet because it is all going really well and we don't need to.

PositiveAttitude · 05/07/2011 15:14

Hi MM, I am here, too. Smile

TheOriginalFAB · 05/07/2011 15:52

Hi all, this morning I weighed myself on the old scales and they said 12 stone 7lbs. Since I haven't felt like eating much and am just finishing my period, I thought it was right. I then weighed myself on my new scales and they said 12 stone 13lbs Confused.

Niecie · 05/07/2011 16:25

Your new scales are clearly faulty FAB.Smile

FWIW - if you are comparing like with like (ie the last reading on the old scales with the new reading on the old scales) then that is how you can gauge whether you have lost weight. That is all that matters. The actual weight is just a number it doesn't mean anything in itself.

It will all even out in the end, so long as you stick to the same set of scales and don't chop and change.

TheOriginalFAB · 05/07/2011 16:37

I normally use 1 set but the old set was on top. Going by the one today on the new scales and the last one on the new scales I have put a pound on.
