Oh boo Loti, I felt similarly when I got to the gym. Managed a 5k run, 3k row, 3k bike and 5 mins powerplate so I was quite chuffed.

Sorry to have been AWOL Blush

Weekend was not too bad food-wise although drank enough red wine to sink a battle ship, scales on Monday morning were horrifying Shock This has mostly gone now but have had a funny old two days what with the boiler and general foul mood so no exercise and more bread than I should have had. Feeling better today (and the house is still warm) so will have a go at shredding later. No chance of 4 exersazzes but might manage 3.

Ok so didn't make it to the gym again Hmm however did two lots of 10km on bike followed by another 7km.. Not ideal I know but still better than nought Hmm

Out on a mummy's night out tonight but driving so so long as I am good on the food shouldn't b too bad Hmm

By some miracle I am down 1.5 this morning Shock so going to try reeeeally hard to be good today and see if I can keep it off until tomorrow!

Scales were not my friend today Sad

Have done 55 mins, 30 personal trainer and 25 cardio tho the cardio was slow going as the pt nearly killed me!!!

Hope Pilates went well sazz and here is a good scales result for you Smile have a lovely dinner tonight Grin

Sazz that is a goodly amount of exercise too! I think you and I should make a pact to do at least one exersazz on Saturday or Sunday, even if it's just a shred. You in?

I have shredded tonight so clocking up a paltry 2x exersazzes this week but am at least pleased that I haven't turned to drink with all the stresses. Feeling much better now and back on track for a weekend of booze healthy week to come Wink

Sorry to hear you two have not got the results you want and you deserve Wink loti I bet yours is just delayed by a week and sazz yours must be delayed from last week so your goodish week this week will also show on the scales next Friday Smile

I am still down 1.5 so scraping under 12 1/2 again. 7lb to lose in 6 weeks

have been for a lovely swim already so feeling all positive for the week ahead Smile
