Busy day yesterday running around after six children and having a good bounce on the trampoline. Food was not as bad as usual when these friends come round, only one sausage butty and one massively over iced cupcake. OK so I did later eat a bread roll with cream cheese frosting on it BlushBlushBlush it was really lovely though Grin

Back at work now so should be a fairly healthy day, and going for a run tonight.

Loti hope you are having an amazing time! We went to Disneyworld when I was 19 waaaay back in 1988 and really enjoyed it although we only went for the day. I bet it is a bit different now!

No time to shred either as DS was unsettled and didn't go to sleep till after 9, but going up and down stairs about seventeen times must have burned a few calories!

S this week I have done:
1x swim
1x run
1x shred
2x big walks

Not too bad and scales should be down a bit. Table booked for 8.30pm tomorrow to put it back on again Blush

-1 this week which is OK but not as much as I was hoping for, esp as was this weight on Tuesday oh well, 1lb a week from here will get me under 12 by Christmas...

Alas I feel the scales are going onwards and upwards on this trip and I promised myself I would be goodBlush walking miles and miles every day pushing a double buggy but with food stands on every corner the temptation is too great BlushBlushBlush

I am -1 today, which isn't too bad considering some of the crap i have eaten this week. Lack of sleep is seriously hampering my efforts at avoiding carbs! I have a marshmallow caterpillar staring at me right now demanding I eat his head! :o

Crickey don't tell TS but this American food is down right awful!!! Haven't managed to eat a meal today just nibbled on pure rubbish BlushBlushBlush hoping for wine in a bit when kiddies go down!

LOL LOTI. I think tbf to Americans it is theme park food which is truly shite. Disne yLand P aris suffers from the same fate. The rest of it you can usually find something decent, although there is more stuff to derail your choices......

Sazz we have eaten out a couple of times but the food always seems to be lukewarm and either fried or covered in cheese yuck!!

Af arrived unexpectedly which explains the bloated sick feeling and dh dashes out to the shops for supplies Blush

Leaving for home today so reckon 24+ hours of no sleep ahead Hmm cannot wait GrinGrinGrinGrin

Scales very Shock and Blush this morning but has spurred me out for a run already! 3.5 mile route quite a lot of walking but prob 2.5 miles of it running so nott too bad Smile

This week is two personal training session tho one falls into fri.. Hoping for a quick biking tomorrow, PT session wed and interval training and maybe buddy training Friday GrinGrin
