Just done cardio and fat burner DVD am shattered.. Managed to get 4 exercises done by the skin of my teeth Grin

Scales not great so unless miracle occurs will be in the naughty corner Grin

Also 2.5 mile walk this morning and will do the same this avo.

Mini Triathlon
5 mile Walk/shred

I was half way through posting this message at 11.45 and the chimney sweep turned up - me bright red and sweaty in my exercise gear Blush

Feeling quite good weight wise this week, so really hoping for a loss, especially after last week

3 mile round trip walk to town with the monsters in the buggy. Avoided cake nibbling when baking for children's centre and teachers and have stopped finishing the girls dinners for them!

What do you ladies do when you are invited to friends for lunch? If we were out I would have salad/something low carb and low fat but when someone has cooked it is so difficult. We went out to a friend today and she had made jacket spuds but the insides had been scooped out, mixed with soured cream, chives, bacon, put back in their skins,topped with an egg and cheese then baked in the oven. I had the smallest possible portion without trying to seem rude and drank 3 glasses of water. I had just got over my 'need carbs' cavings too!

Pample - most of my friends know I am on a diet, or are on a diet themselves Grin. I think you had the worst menu for avoiding carbs/fat TBH. I would pass on bread or have a small portion of potato/rice if they were separate. Also difficult for you in that she can't easily reuse leftovers, so i would have felt a bit obliged too.

Just make it clear to every single person you meet that you are on a diet from the moment you meet them. That should do it Grin

Sounds like we have all been busy today, yay us! I have just finished shredding so done my 4x exersazz - 2 shreds 1 swim 1 run, nothing earth shattering but at least am keeping up to it.

at you caught by the chimney sweep sazz Grin

at your lunch pample, sounds super yummy if a little calorific...

I am 1lb up on Wednesday's sneaky weigh in but still 3.5 down. I think I need to join Fjorgyn on the senna Blush this low carb isn't helping things along especially as I am not drinking enough..

Went swimming this morning so can enjoy my wine or G&T (not decided which yet) without guilt. didn't swim far enough to cancel out the burger and chips or chocolate mousse though...

I plead the 5th on food, we went to the beach today but shared the family banana split, had eggs benedict for breakfast and friends popped over with a take away, although I stayed away from fried/saucy stuff/noodles , stir fry and hot and sour soup.

Went for a big walk to the sculpture park yesterday and thanks to last week's problem being resolved (Blush) was only +1.5 this morning which is amazing for me on a Monday! Been out for another big walk/run around today and going for a run in a few minutes so keeping up the exercise at least. Food not so good...
