Been out running again, just over 3 miles door to door this time but much more running and less walking pauses. Managed one burst of 10 mins and total of 25.15 mins running altogether. Also just one oreo cookie and a bit of flapjack in the naughty food corner for today so feeling quite pleased Smile

Well done on the running Hots, 3 miles is fab.

I managed a 5k run and 10 mins powerplate today. Once Exersazz tomorrow and i will meet our target. I think i will either Shred or do school walks. Maybe both to push the boat out Grin

Was only just over 2 miles of running, can't seem to get past that! Will hopefully go again tomorrow and see how far I manage this time.

I have done ok on food - very odd combo as DH away:

Small bowl of Special K
Rocket & parmesan salad
Packet of mini beetroot in vinegar
1/4 of a ham sandwich (wouldn't fit in DD1's lunch box) Grin
2 slices of ham
2 packets of hula hoops
2 Activia yoghurts

Confused

350 cals burnt off running

Shock that's not much to eat! Hope you are not undone at the last minute by gnawing hunger pains...

I have had shreddies, salad & feta, chicken fajitas, a banana and 3 apples, oh and lots of cups of tea but only with 1% fat milk. Hungry now but going to bed instead.

I am going shopping at lunchtime too so may sneak another 1/2 exersazz then, but probably not as tend to wander rather than power walk Grin

No major hunger pangs, BUT i do need to get up earlier in order to have grapefruit for breakfast as i ran out of time to prepare it (and DD1's as she will want one if i have it) this morning before school runs.

Shred, Level 1 with weights - check

It takes me 5+ mins to prepare 2 grapefruits, whereas 2 bowls of cereal takes 10 seconds. So, i know that 5 mins is not much, but i keep seeming to run out of time Grin

I have been for a walk but not very fast and not too far. Looking at clothes but resolute not to buy owt until I am under 12 stone again. Would be the first time in nearly two years...

LOL, cut around the edge, remove pips (the ones at the moment seem to have hundreds of the buggers and DD1 always points out every. single. one.) and then cut down one side of the pith on each segment. Then for DD i have to remove all the segments into a bowl and squeeze the juice out.

Time consuming, i can tell ya!

Bugger sazz, don't let it put you off though - bet you will be down double next week instead. There is no way I have done enough exercise and swerved enough food to really lose 2lb this week, must be that last week was over-reported. Am hoping for 1lb a week between now and Christmas but that is 10 weeks and I don't seem to be able to maintain momentum for more than 5 or 6 weeks Then there will be the challenge of not putting half a stone back on in 2 weeks which I have managed for the last two Christmases BlushBlushBlush

Seen the doc and am not undercontrol but have been given something to help with the weight loss and am on a carb controlled diet (all these have to be approved by the doc to prevent my thyroid going more nuts) so from Monday's weigh in I am 4.5lbs down already :)
