Not good to confess so much badness at the start of a new thread so I'll save that for next week Blush

I'm back at 5.30 Fjorgn :) have lost the water from last week's impending AF so things are feeling looser. Enjoy your swim and run.

Malvapoeding · 05/08/2011 18:32

3rd exersazz of the week completed, 10mins x-country on the bike then 25mins boxing and 5 sets of the plank!

FjorgynAndHotWater · 05/08/2011 23:26

Good work mal!

I did 34 lengths this morning, and a run tonight. Was v hard going running though, didn't get out of breath much but legs were like lead. Not looking forward to next run which is supposed to be 3 mins run, walk, 5 min run (ShockShock) walk, and repeat. Will dissolve in a heap after that Confused

Fjorgyn do you run with an ipod/iphone? If so I know loads of people whi rave about this app.

Malvapoeding · 08/08/2011 08:53

1 gym session down 3 to go. Cross trainer, the weights ending with the plank.

Am down 3kgs :)

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/08/2011 10:15

Well done mal!

I am off out running tonight, providing I can make a passable buzz lightyear out of fondant icing before then... I have some podcasts on my ipod which tell me when to run/walk etc, looking forward to the time when I can just run and choose my own music.

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/08/2011 21:11

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/08/2011 23:09

As of tomorrow morning all carbs are going - I am having trouble just stopping at just 1 or half of this etc. and everything else will be low fat, loads of salads, veg, soups and lean meat.

luckoftheirish · 09/08/2011 18:48

hey ladies,

Well done on all your exercise Smile.. done no proper exercise for two weeks and will check scales tom eekBlush

FjorgynAndHotWater · 10/08/2011 11:26

welcome back loti, hope you ahd a fab time and the scales are not too mean to you this morning. Sounds like you have done a fair amount of running around after your DDs anyway and while not a classic exersazz it's certainly tiring Grin

I have done nothing but eat cake and mini sausage rolls Blush, although did quite a lot of bouncing on the trampoline yesterday, and forgot to have any tea so not utterly awful yesterday. Back at work for two days so tucking into salad and fruit and hopefully undoing some of the damage. Off running again tonight as long as it's not pissing down with rain-

OP posts:
FjorgynAndHotWater · 10/08/2011 11:27

mal if you already lost 3kg you really don't need to go crazy and ban carbs!

OP posts:
luckoftheirish · 10/08/2011 14:53

3lbs on which I guess is not that bad. Due to go to body balance tonight but have sinusitis and as I would have to balance alot I am not sure if that will work!

Good luck with the running tonight Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 10/08/2011 21:43

+3 is fab after a two week holiday loti, well done Grin Hope you are feeling better now; sinusitis is grim Sad

Been running again Grin I wouldn't say I enjoyed it exactly (although it's less awful than I expected) but it's worth it for the feeling of achievement when I have finished. Can't believe I can run for 5 minutes without stopping!

Good day foodwise and have walked miles tonight back and forth to the car! You will be pleased to hear I have packed my trainers Grin

Is anyone else weighing in tomorrow? Good luck if you are Smile

Stress is good for weight loss me thinks HmmGrin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 18/08/2011 13:41

Don't forget to eat something though loti, and am sending mucho positive vibes for your dad xxx

Been walking miles all weekend and even went for a run on Sunday morning Shock although this has been offset by lots of barbecues and booze Grin Scales up but not too much; hoping to go for a run again tonight.

Couldn't keep off bread for the last 24 hours so +3 today. Oops. Went running last night but it was raining so hard I gave up half way through! Actually felt I could have carried on if I wasn't soaked to the bone so that's good I suppose

OP posts:
FjorgynAndHotWater · 21/08/2011 10:39

3x 5 minute runs last night, didn't feel like dying, next one is 2x 8 minutes!
