I went to the gym this morning to the place where they hold circuits and sat in the sauna/jacuzzi/steam room for an hour. All that serious exercise worked wonders on the hangover. WinkGrin

I was down 0.5 on friday but no doubt am way up again after mucho yummy camping food and wine, although have done lots of walking too.

Running again, 6 x 90 seconds this week so that's 9 minutes altogether, one minute more than week one. Didn't die so progress is being made Shock

Have you been just too busy to exercise mate? Hopefully it will all calm down a bit now and you can start again. I put on loads of weight last summer, it crept on a pound one week, 1.5 the next... this year am hoping the 'running' will help to keep it steady - not anticipating any loss till October as whenever I'm on hols I drink loads Blush sober night last night though so miracles do happen!

Enjoy bestival and make sure you get plenty of exercise chasing the dds around Grin

Not sure how I am gonna manage week 3 though, it's running for three whole minutes Shock never mind the gentle Blush after today's effort, my face is going to be Angry!

Hope you two are having fun Smile I have just booked a week in Ibiza, going in 8 weeks so got some serious summer maintenance to get through before then...

Up some today, have lost track as weight loss spreadsheet is at work and haven't been there for the last two Fridays but think the damage not too bad as have been shovelling bread in like there's no tomorrow Blush so some of it is water retention [hopeful] I am back at work on Wednesday so going to try and be good all week and see what happens. Running tonight...

Morning fjorgyn. I'll keep you company. Been to pt session this morning and I think I might be dead I'm the morning but I am back for another session at 8 tomorrow, Thursday and Friday evening. Making 4 exersazz this week as a target possibley 5 if I can get DH to have the girls on Wednesday evening so I xan get in the gym.

Fucking hell I have a face of beetroot-hue. Managed it though, 2x90 second runs and 2x 3 minute ones. Doesn't sound like much but am seriously impressed that I managed it only just Shock

well done on going back to the gym mal, I know how easy it is to lose motivation after a short break...

I was horrified shocked to remember that I wore a bikini to majorca when we went two years ago but hoping this running will help trim my tummy so I can do it again. Determined to get down to the weight I was before we went last time, only half a stone or so (depending on how much of today's weight is temporary!) and I finally remembered to take all my measurements last night so we'll see what effect a few weeks of running has on my shape.

I oddly felt so much better after the session and because of the electicians turning our power off for the day the DDs and I went out, If I had stayed in I would be stiff and feeling exhausted by laziness.

Have updated my spreadsheet and sent it home so I can hopefully keep track while I am off work and not let it all get out of hand again. Last year I put on half a stone during August Shock and have only weighed less than I did on 30 July 2010 for one week since which was after i had had a stomach bug Blush Will. Do. Better.

Most of last week's hideous weigh in due to water retention so have 'just' 6lb to lose in the next 7 weeks.

Off for a swim now then running later so at least wine will be calorie free tonight Grin
