I have decided to try and do the gym before work tomorrow. I reckon if i can drop DD2 off at 7am, i can get to the gym for 7.15, leave at 8.15 and be at work for 8.45. All a bit tight but i need to do it.........

I bet i'll be on here tomorrow saying i didn't make it Grin

QoD, of course you can rejoin Smile. Do you remember the rules? 4x 30 mins exercise per week to raise the heartrate and sensible food with the occasional treat. We all fail a bit now and then but it is jumping back on the treadmill/bike/stepper after those fails which means you can get towards your goal Smile

Is 2.5 stone your pre baby weight or just a target you have selected?

well I'm off to a good start I think AAS - did an hour long dvd today but did sit out a couple of bits as I didn't think split squats or lunges would agree with my still somewhat off-kilter pelvis.

3.5 stone loss would take me to a healthy bmi, instead of obese as I am right now Blush I'm currently very slightly lighter than before pregnancy (about 4lb lighter)

Sorry QoD, not sure how i managed to convert 3.5 into 2.5 Confused. Well done on being lighter than you started in pregnancy - that is a fab start Smile. I managed to lose 4st in a year using Food Focus. That was fairly intense for 6 months and then i relaxed a little bit for a few weekends here and there and for holidays

Can i recommend you doing a pilates course to try and reset your body into alignment. It has done wonders for my back and i feel like i have a good posture now and suffer far less from aches and pains

Well done on the DVD - my shred is gathering dust Blush

I have been rubbish Blush no exercise for aaages but plenty of booze/cakes/biscuits/crisps etc etc Blush. Have just ordered a shock-absorber bra off ebay to go with my new trainers so am nearly ready to go and have told you lot/everyone at work so there's no going back now...

Only managed 35 mins on the stepper and 6 on the ski machine as had to dash to get to dd2 pre school graduation Smile

Hoping to body balance tonight and will be playing with dd2 in the pool whilst dd1 has her lesson Smile

-2 here, so back to 10.7 . managed 3 exersazz this week and have replaced evening meals with just picking. Not terribly healthy but it does seem to have limited my calorie intake.

Hope your bra comes soon Fjorn. Do you have a route planned? Glad your gain was limited and you are straight back in the pool Smile. I might try and get to the gym today and hopefully on Sunday.

Morning

Have have been good with the food until last night when DH apppeared with curry Hmm but I am only eating until I am just feeling full rather than finishing it off regardless of fullness. No gym this week Blush as it has been too manic! Have a Pt session at 12 then one tomorrow and Gym/swim on Sunday.
