Sorry have been awol again Blush

Saturday quite good, went for a lovely long walk round the sculpture park and didn't have an ice cream Grin

Sunday drank far too much wine in the afternoon with friends but fell asleep at 8pm so no snackage Blush

Monday felt like utter shite Blush, two naps Shock and no exercise

Today a bit of walking and some gardening, not too much naughty food but not good really.

Am off to work on the train tomorrow and Thursday so at least will get some walking in...

loti your 3lb must be temporary!!!! Walk was OK but been feeling sick and a bit dizzy all day (am NOT pg, it's a bug); might have to nip for some chocolate in a minute to boost blood sugar Blush

Body balance got cancelled last night, we knew the instructor was on hols but she failed to tell anyone else so we turned up to no classAngrySad..

Scales are NOT my friend this week as another 1lb on today SadAngry.. cannot physically do any more exercise so gonna have to review what the hell i am eating to have put on 4lbs in less that two days Hmm

loti you should be eating masses with all that exercise, so I would very much doubt that it is the food. Could you ignore the scales for a week or so?

I am ignoring the scales as I do not want to see what they will tell me Hmm. circuits yesterday but that will not cancel out the burger and chips and beer from tues . unlikely to exercise today as masses of work to do - this will be a recurring theme for a few weeks now Sad

Agree with aas that you should be eating much more with that amount of exercise loti . How are your jeans? are they fitting OK now? If so then bugger what the scales say!

aas hope you manage to at least swerve too much desk-snackage while you are busy working. Just think of all that lovely walking you'll be doing soon en France to make up for it but conveniently ignore the cheese and winefest that will no doubt also occur Wink

Feeling quite a bit better today thanks, had a Boost bar yesterday which I haven't had for years and was super-delicious but at 75p a pop Shock I won't be having another for a while... Had a tiny piece of flapjack before setting off for work which seems to have eased the nausea (god I do sound pg don't I????) so going to try and be good today.

Managed 50 lengths on Sunday and 32 lengths today plus a class called 'Spirals' Hmm. Was in place of pilates as the instructor was away and allegedly was a cross between pilates, body balance and ballet. Bit shit really Grin
