Also good as a substitute for potatoes with dinner - I mash them and mix with American mustard. Not as lush as the chips but again very filling.

I will absolutely shut up about bns now Blush

CareyFakes · 30/04/2011 20:05

Ooo with American Mustard?! That sounds ace.

wizzler · 30/04/2011 20:14

I think tonight is Littlefish's concert, and she has been gearing up for this for months. Can we all hold hands, close our eyes and send our best wishes..

Good luck Littlefish.. make sure you get some photo's of yourself in your gladrags!

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 30/04/2011 20:16

Ooo will add paprika next time hadn't thought of that!

Can I have a little boast? I have new jeans...

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 30/04/2011 20:17

Oh yes, you're right wizzler good luck littlefish hope it goes really well, I bet you look fab too!

androbbob · 30/04/2011 20:35

Yeah blondes is back - I have so missed you on here Grin (sad) I cannot even begin to understand what you have been through and indeed will continue to go through over the months and years, but I sincerely hope you are taking care of yourself and being supported in RL by caring family and friends.

Would you also deliver several large kicks up the jacksie to me - I have so not been following WW for the past 3 weeks.

Littlefish - good luck with the concert - you will be fab!

I am only popping in briefly as need to peruse wedding piccies from yesterday as I was out at the zoo. Feel like I missed out a bit even though it was my choice Confused

Had lovely low PP food today and half a punnet of strawberries which was lush!

Well done to shoulders - size 10 jeans - wow wow wow!!!! Must feel great! That will be me by end August!! (my aim for goal!)

Waves to everyone else !!!

CareyFakes · 30/04/2011 20:44

Wowzers shoulders, I haven't been a size 10 since 1989 I think...I was 9 Confused

I'm down to an 18 on top in high street shops i squealed about, as have been between 22-24 for so many years.

I'm fast approaching size 16 on bottom, but another 4st I'll be size 10 Goddamnit.

Well jel!

hmc · 30/04/2011 21:13

Glad it wasn't just me CareyFlakes Grin

Sending good vibes to Littlefish - thanks for the reminder wizzler

Shoulders! - you foxy mama! (to be said in transatlantic drawl) - well done you!!

(Blondes - this thread was still good (no disrespect intended to anyone else - all lovely peeps on this thread) whilst you were gone, but there was a Blondes sized gap. It's good to have you back)

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 30/04/2011 21:46

Thanks chaps! They are fatface jeans, so not the smallest fitting on the high street, but who cares! I haven't been this size since I was a student, and couldn't afford food! Am currently sitting in them in my car waiting for my always skinny and always late friends - I thought these things must be related, but I don't get any less punctual the thinner I get, and they are always late! I'll need to go home to bed soon, this is a late night for me...

ClaireDeLoon · 30/04/2011 22:25

Welcome back blondes.

Shoulders size 10 jeans you hot lady! Well done you must feel and look great.

No massive catch up sorry just wanted to offer my support to blondes.

NoWayNoHow · 30/04/2011 22:47

Just popped on and saw the return of the lovely blondes - wobble away, we are here for you no matter what. It's so good to see you on here, I think I speak for everyone when I say that you haven't left our thoughts and that you've been majorly missed.

Will do a proper catch up in t'morning, but it's sleep time now.

malteserbunny · 30/04/2011 23:04

welcome back Blondes, I have thought of you alot over the past few weeks. well done on getting to goal under the circumstances, many people would have found comfort in food.

welcome all newcomers.

It seems the wedding festivities may have thrown a few of us off track (me included, the golden arches to be precise) but we will get back on the wagon i'm sure

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/05/2011 00:10

blondes congrats for making goal, you're a brave but scary lady and my heart goes out to you.

Littlefish · 01/05/2011 07:43

Good morning lovely ladies (and a special load of love for Blondes!).

Thank you for all your good vibes - they certainly worked. The concert went brilliantly - better than I could have hoped. I managed to make at least half of the audience cry at one point or another which is always good!

I had soooooooooooo many compliments about my new figure, which I had specially enhanced with half a ton of lycra! Honestly, when I took everything off at the end of the night, it felt like I spread out to double my own size Grin.

Also, I can safely say that horrendous nerves is excellent for weight loss. (TMI - I must have done about 20 poos yesterday!)

Anyway, this morning, (naked, and after I'd been to the loo, natch), I had dropped down into the next stone bracket. Grin Grin. Obviously, I don't think it's real weight loss, but it still felt good! I suspect that by weigh in on Tuesday I will be back to normal again Smile.

I have no idea whether DH took any photos - I know he made a video though, so in a week or so, if I feel really brave, I'll upload it and let you all see it.

LoopyLa · 01/05/2011 08:00

Oh thank goodness for Blondes being back...I was too scared to post yesterday as have put on 3 lbs [cblush] as I went renegade for a few weeks - and now, frankly am finding it really hard to start tracking again [csad]

Why is that? Why can't we just wake up the next day from being bad and be good again???? [cconfused]

I must get back to tracking but am finding it so difficult - any advice ladies? Blondes if your leg isn't too tired after all the kick up the bums, I'd really appreciate one too [cblush]

PS I think you're amazing Blondes and can't imagine what you're going through or been through. Keep strong brave lady, you're an inspiration to us all xxx

PPS Love all these crown emoticons... [cgrin] [csmile] [cgrin] [csmile] [cgrin]

SueSylvesterforPM · 01/05/2011 11:40

dreading tommorrow really feel sick

on a top note I've been told my face and tummy looks slimmer and I've noticed an elusive double chin on photos. tiny yay

I was given 48 points limited myself to 46 and never eat my full amount is that bad??? or shows good discipline??

CareyFakes · 01/05/2011 17:05

You get 48 a day SueSylvesterforPM? Or is that the extras? If so, you should eat all of them daily, then use the extras if you want.

I don't use my extras as a rule but fell off the WW wagon on Friday Blush but managed to reclaim 15 activity points with my walk today, phew.

SueSylvesterforPM · 01/05/2011 17:25

You get 48 a day SueSylvesterforPM?

yeah a day, I've only used like less than half today and thats 21 :(

activity points?

herdingcats · 01/05/2011 17:57

You definately need to use the PP you are given, you don't have to use the 49PP (spares each week ) though.
I was led to believe if you cut back to less your body will lose weight ,but it is in starvation mode and as soon as you increase its intake you will regain weight you have lost. If anyone knows I am wrong please feel free to correct me. It is quite easy for me to not eat all my points but, I do try to because of what I was told in the beginning.
My allowance is only 29PP per day ,and I will have used 28PP today ,including a 4PP glass of wine when I have dinner.
