No deli as am off the bread, so will have to be a salad. Grilled chicken and bacon I'm thinking? or might leave it until I get home and have the stuffed mackeral I have in the fridge....

Glad DD was good getting her hair cut. Mine both desperately need some chopping off, but its a) £10 each child, even though they are under 5 and b) such a pain to persuade them!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 13:58

glad you enjoyed the silverback boys trimmer Grin

GettinTrimmer · 19/05/2011 14:30

Are they friends of yours Blondes?

Piste, how are your family doing in Japan? I bought a badge for dd at her Rainbows, a charity called Shelterbox producing them to fundraise for families who lost everything

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 14:55

indeed they are - they are 2 of my 5 boys :)

one is pete (my star who mows my lawn and cleans my fish out) the other is jamie

GettinTrimmer · 19/05/2011 16:19

they would cheer you up! Where were they doing their shenanigans?

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 16:54

on the pub floor last thursday after marks funeral

they do it often, did at my wedding and dee's -and always cracks me up :)

GettinTrimmer · 19/05/2011 17:13

I had to google silverbacks! They've got the facial expressions

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 17:45

yep and they way they go up and down on their hands, though pete didnt mean to headbutt jay in the balls lol

RatherBeOnThePiste · 19/05/2011 19:54

aaarrrgggghhhhh

its 7.45pm and I have finally finished everything I need to do today. I have been such a busy girl, and as a consequence I hope to have burnt of gazillions of calories!

GT - I have met her 'boys' and they are all mad as a box of frogs, but lovely and quite charming Wink

Bebe - PM probably came out of the womb doing Pilates I just want a toned arse Envy I actually think I fancy surgery.

Thank you lovely GT for the buying of the badge at Rainbows. They are all fine, Tokyo was back to normal very quickly, but my bro has been working very hard with the relief effort in the affected prefectures, there is a group who have been driving aid in, and he has been a big part of that. Japan's economy has taken a nose dive though which will affect them. When I am confident I am not going to spied upon I will very happily upload some pics of my gorgeous nephews, and where they are living. You don't want pics of my bro though, joking.

Smokin - LOL at you eating lunch at 11.15am!!! Glad the circus was good, how's the low carbing though? I'm going to go and scratch around for something in a mo if I can be arsed...

I haven't really had time for nosh today, its been busy, and now I think I might be past it.. I've had

two yogs
two apples

not sure what later, might just go to bed actually!
Everyone weighing in tomorrow??? I think so. Including GT!

OP posts:
smokinaces · 19/05/2011 20:26

I'm not weighing in till Saturday. Have played with the days over the months, and that works best for me. Was 11st 12 last saturday......

going ok. brocolli and stuffed mackeral for dinner - but did have a couple of handfuls of popcorn at the circus. Blush did avoid the ice cream, burgers and hotdogs though Grin

RatherBeOnThePiste · 19/05/2011 20:31

I know what you mean re Friday weigh in, I used to be a bit too relaxed over the weekend and then spend the rest of the week shifting it. I did try a Monday once, but that was dull. Friday is good though, but for god's sake don't tell Blondes, cos she will only crow about it she thinks it was her idea you see

OK - Friday or Saturday slinks, we don't want to lose our way Grin

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 22:21

fri wi was my idea actually - when we started this slinkies jan 2010 i was the only friday'er

i will weigh tomorrow but honestly dont think i have lost anything but i know my measurements will be less

RatherBeOnThePiste · 19/05/2011 22:32

Alright so it was your idea B, and it was a good idea. I bow to your supremacy on having good ideas.

So if you were the only Fridayer. What was I in Jan 2010? Apart from being quite mahoosive?!

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 19/05/2011 23:54

I believe you were a Monday girl

I'm sure I was the only gay in the village Friday wi to begin with

prettybird · 20/05/2011 00:10

Think I will have put on :( - although I have been belatedly good today, I fell off the wagon the last couple of days and ate a whole packet of jaffa cakes and a wee bag of M&S easter caramel chocolates that I found Blush

I have also not been exercising. Finally did the Shred again today. I really need to get back into the Zone :(

RatherBeOnThePiste · 20/05/2011 06:40

I think you are right Blondes, but now I have seen the error of my ways and am a Fabulous Fridayer!

Lost 3lbs here. So not as much as last time although I've done the exactly the same and been frighteningly good.

Good luck everyone! I will update the list later on my pooter, I'll make a mess of it if I try and do it on my phone!

Am glad it's Friday. Have a good day slinks.

Well done piste and bebe

I'm still at friends will weigh when back and measure

Think we should all measure every month

Looking at list trimmers is wrong - her starting current and weight loss don't add up

GettinTrimmer · 20/05/2011 13:30

Yes it's wrong Blondes.
I will have to be a monday wi atm as I am overeating at the weekends will sort it out when I wi next.

I am signing myself up for the 10K race for life on 24th July, so I have to get running. How far are you going now piste?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 20/05/2011 14:03

Have updated myself on the list, but think I may review my target weight, but not sure what that would be....

GT - I like to do 3 to 4 K, I couldn't imagine 10K. I find it difficult to make the time sometimes for running though, I have to make myself.

Well done Bebe, v good.

Blondes - I regret not measuring when we started this, I know people talked about it, but I never got round to getting a tape measure I agree on measuring once a month, because they say as much as BMI is important, that measurements are really important too. What though do we measure??!!
