Falsemessage I've got to be honest Level 2 scares me a bit. Could you do all of the pressups and arm raises etc in Level 1 first?

And do you find you need more room to do Level 2 in?

Yes I did do them all but the pressups on knees though for all of the time iyswim. I found the lunges in level 1 really hard and they are weirdly easier in level 2 - its a completely different set of muscles as new bits ache and things had stopped aching after level 1 workouts.

Still no dvd here,I'm feeling a little left behind as most of you have started-sodding Amazon.

I will sign in tomorrow with pre weight and measurements and hopefully,the dvd will have arrived!

Didn't manage tonight as DH grabbed me as I was about to do it to talk about boring but important stuff - a new car is required.

Not likely to manage tomorrow either as I have a rehearsal in the evening so will be in and out again but I don't work on Thursdays so will do it when DS naps.

Feel absolutely fine today though, no aches and pains. I'm doing 4 miles walking tomorrow (hence requirement for new car Grin) with ankle weights on so that should help to trim me up.

i got the dvd beginning of december, and did it on and off until Xmas-it did actually tone some of my more flabby bits! have decided the hard work starts now! Smile
i started again at level 1 today and am hoping to do it for a couple of more days to ease me back into it.

Me and youngest DS are shredding - we've just finished Level 1 Day 3 - bless him, didn't think he was going to get up at 6.30 this morning to do it, but just as I was warming up he came stumbling in and did the whole thing!

But blimey it's hard! My calves have been screaming all day, although it did seem easier this morning...

level 1 day 2.

I struggled to swing my legs out of bed, let alone sit on the toilet this mornin, as my legs where seized up.

I found the actual work out today much easier. still strugging with the bycicle crunches.

feeling good. I have taken my measurements, but dare we post them on here?

I have just done my first one!

I didn't think it was too bad actually. Mind you I only had a tin of spaghetti hoops and a tin of butter beans as my weights so that could account for it.

But I didn't think I was going to die. I put the water beforehand on so I could have a bath afterwards but I don't feel all that sweaty. Suppose I'd better have one though. [dirty cow emoticon]

I had already decided to keep a note of my weight and waist measurement, although that's a bit Bridget Jonesy, just to see if there is a big difference.

I am also going to try some more stretches before my bath, as someone higher up the thread said they didn't seem long enough to me.

oh dear god I can barely walk this morning!!!

I did level 1, day 1 yesterday and it wasn't too bad but boy my thighs are screaming this morning! I've also managed to pull something on my chest. Think I did this before yesterday but it's made it a bit worse Sad

I promise I'm not bailing, but am going away for a week on Friday and want to be able to walk, talk and turn so may hold off until I get back again!

Think I'll be well up for doing it when I get back, anything that makes you ache that much has got to be good Grin

level1 day 4 done. it is getting easier and i'm finding i have more energy to do it once i'm in the swing

Madame i found the same thing when i was doing SW, as soon as i started shredding and running i started gaining on the scales and the leader kept looking at me like i was shit for gaining even though i was giving her body magic trackers with loads written on. i also found it gave me free reign to overload on carbs after i had worked out so i switched to WW and am finding it fab. Although since i have started shredding and running again i seem to have put on 3lb but i'm hoping it is water retention in my muscles and that it will sort itself out next week

It came it came! going to take my measurements then do it tonight. I was moving yesterday popping off on the 8th now so will get in three shreading days then have to move a whole house!

Well, I just shredded.

Day one, level one.

Quite suprised actually - managed to do it.

Liked the bit where she says 'If you feel like you're dying copy _' (woman in green)
I huff n puff at my TV set 'I am! Still dying though!' :o

Missed some of the bicycle crunches at the end - felt like jelly by then, but did the jumping jacks and skipping okay. :)

Think my arms are quite strong from carrying babies about for last 5 years so the arm bits were a welcome break.

Time passes quite quickly though. :)

Day 8, Level 2.

Oh, sweet Jesus.

Lady, in Level 2 she actually says you should feel like you're going to die. I had breaks while trying to work out the new moves (coordination not my strong point), still very sweaty and weak (and grunty Blush)towards the end.

my copy still hasn't arrived Sad and I only have three weeks before I'm out of commission for 6-8 weeks - I wanted to be all badoing for at least a few days before it all goes wobbly again (foot surgery, so lots of sitting on the sofa doing FA Grin).
