CrispyTheCrisp · 18/11/2010 09:11

And WATER ladies.....

No preschool walk as raining, so i MUST find time to shred today. I may do it with DD1 when she gets home Grin

enyahadenough · 18/11/2010 09:22

not sure if will get to bike it today Sad as taking dd1 to the docs today and h has suprised me with a weekend away Shock

CrispyTheCrisp · 18/11/2010 18:57

Gah, no shred, but i did do preschool pick up so 2.5 miles which takes about 45 mins and is hilly, so i am claiming it as my 4th Exersazz of the week

Good luck for tomorrow's weigh ladies and I hope all the biking is paying off Smile

enyahadenough · 18/11/2010 19:19

managed to bike it but in 27 mins 10 sec so no world record broken, did sit ups whilst dds in the bath.. not sure if will be able to weigh inn tom am, apparently i'm leaving v early!!!

FjorgynAndHotWater · 18/11/2010 22:34

There's always time for weighing enya Wink

Well done on your 4 too crispy I am counting some gardening as an ExerSazz so am sure you can include a big walk. Even with that I still only managed 3 Blush but have done 22 miles tonight so have done better than it looked like I would at the start of the week...

CrispyTheCrisp · 18/11/2010 22:38

Enya - Loo, scales, use phone to update MN, get dressed, go to aiport. Tis easy Grin

yay Fjorn, what with your foot commuting as well you will be fit n fab in no time

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/11/2010 07:35

Oh, enya was obviously too excited Grin

I think I am down 1/2. Line in sand at 10.6 1/2. I would really love to lose 4 lbs before Xmas to buy a bit of leeway Hmm. So a concerted effort for 1lb a week here we come.........

FjorgynAndHotWater · 19/11/2010 08:22

I am back down by 1 on last week which is a miracle considering I have only been being good since Wednesday... We deffo need to up the ante over the next few weeks to build a Christmas buffer, although it's DD's birthday next week and there will be cake galore. I heart cake . Am also planning on dishing out Bear crisps at the party to see if my new friend from school is a mner Grin

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 19/11/2010 08:38

Tis DD1's birthday tomorrow and i am getting her a chocolate cake as i know i won't eat it as i don't really like it. Is there any cake you don't like??????? Grin

Well down on 1lb down, just think if you had been good prior to Weds that would be at least 2 already.

How abouts we all commit to either posting our daily food or coming on and admitting to any naughties straight away? Might give us that moment to think about what we are about to shove in our gobs?

BTW Enya - Sangria is excepted Wink

FjorgynAndHotWater · 19/11/2010 10:50

Only non-like cake is fruit cake but no-one in their right mind likes that do they??? I'll just have to exercise restraint...

I'll 'fess up to cake if you 'fess up to cheese Wink

CrispyTheCrisp · 19/11/2010 11:28

Pah I have put on nearly a stone since dropping off this thread. I can't believe it.

waaaahhh.

You will all tell me I deserve it and you are right.

You have all been working away and I have been not running, and eating Cambozola, going out for dinner and not counting what's going in (is hard at people's houses) and generally acting in irresponsible way.

Feck and it's a month to Christmas.

FjorgynAndHotWater · 20/11/2010 09:23

5 whole weeks ursula so plenty can be done in such a long time lies hots

Bugger re your gain, did v similar over the summer and have yet to shift more than a pound or two of it Blush

Crispy and I are going to 'fess up all sins on here in an effort to stop shovelling the good stuff in; why don't you join us m'dear?

OP posts:
FjorgynAndHotWater · 20/11/2010 13:09

Bacon and fried egg sandwich for lunch, yum yum yum. Am going to have to pedal a fair way to work that off this aft Blush

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 20/11/2010 13:46

Can we start Mon? ShockHmmBlushGrin

CrispyTheCrisp · 20/11/2010 13:47

Mind you, i have scoffed all the brie and bought choc cake for DD1's birthday so there are no massive temptations

I have yet to decide if i am going for a swim during DD1's party. I have said to DH that if one of us are there for an hour each then the other one can spend some time in the sauna chatting to the other mums pool/gym Wink

FjorgynAndHotWater · 20/11/2010 16:37

Have done 12 miles in 32 mins and feeling a bit more virtuous now.

Hope the party is going / went well and you got your swim crispy Smile

OP posts:
UrsulaUndress · 20/11/2010 20:04

I will start on Monday then. I will be good tomorrow, and have been today (have been at blacksmith's all day learning how to make stuff! brilliant) but let that all be to the good.

Fuck how have I put on a STONE? well, nearly. Bugger, bugger, bugger.

Hope party went well crisp Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 20/11/2010 20:24

Party went well but no swimming. DH went to the gym (he has spent all morning building DD2's wardrobe) and i was going to try and sneak off. My DDs were fine but a couple of the others had some little wobbles and then i was helping them with the craft so never made it out! I had a quick 10 mins to have a cuppa but was there for the rest of it. Was nice Smile

So, no exercise and pizza for tea washed down with a medicinal red, so def Mon start lol

Ursula - Clean slate. No looking back. You CAN do it. Don't expect miracles with Xmas coming up and more social events, but also don't just let go again. A little of what you fancy does you good. A lot sadly does not Sad. We are here for you. Stay and play Smile

UrsulaUndress · 21/11/2010 09:32

Ta Crisp.

Yes it's not a great time of year to be getting going on this but I was so Shock the other day I have to remain serious about it. A stone off and I'll be happy enough.

Pishing rain here again today so a wet dog walk on the horizon but have work this am and people coming this aft so unlikely to get to gym. Will do it on way home from work tomorrow.

enyahadenough · 21/11/2010 17:20

didn't manage to weigh fri morning and will be hiding from the scales til fri at least.. mucho wine and rubbish consumed so feel yuck about it as its back to the hard slog tomorrow..

well done on the biking and 1lb down hots
