It counts more than my sitting in the sauna and then not going to Pilates as i would have been a few minutes late HmmBlush. Am LOL'ing at 'scraping through' 20km - that is a long way!

Hoping to do gym or shred tomorrow.....

i am down either 2 or 4 lbs since 2 weeks ago. would have helped if i had written it down last time Hmm but was so cross at how much i had gone up i didn't. let's say i lost 2lb- that is a good start!

I did have a penguin biscuit today but have also got back on my bike. Only 10.5 miles but it's a start. We were watching old videos today, including some of DD's first birthday almost four years ago, and I looked so fat, I can't believe it! It does make me feel better, how much thinner I am than then so imagine how i will feel looking back in another year WHEN I've lost another 2 stone...

Did manage 2.5 miles to preschool and back and had to run some of it as it was teeming with hail rain.

Am sitting here with bowl of butter and sugar on my knee Shock but am making banana cake and that's fruit, right?? Have done 2x school run and off on bike once DC fast asleep but have also had a cheese sandwich and 3 bourbon biscuits today Blush Think it was delayed shock from yesterday... Grin

Ran 5k, 15 mins powerplate and 100 situps. I will walk a bit in London tomorrow, but really only 2 Exersazzes this week [rubbish]. Wine and pizza on the cards for tomorrow night too

Did another 13 miles last night making 50 miles in total this week, hurrah! No progress on the scales but haven't been particularly good with food. Damn you banana bread Blush Hoping that next week will show the fruits of all the cycling...

50 miles is amazing fjor!! GrinGrinGrin.. you will have definite weight loss nxt week, think you are like me, exercise really hard one week and hopefully get the results the following week!!!! v impressive Smile..

i am down 3/4lb but think that is due to af arriving last sat more than anything else.. still really ropey with this bug so will start afresh AGAIN on monday HmmGrin

Walked 5 miles today, mostly pushing two 4 yr olds in a buggy. Plans to shred (got as far as putting tracksuit on this morning to make it easier Hmm) were shelved as i spent too much time FB'ing today rather than working Blush

Like a fool my car shock news sent me straight to the pastry aisle of mozzers Blush and had ham & cheese toasties for lunch too Blush Back at work today so a bit easier to keep on the straight and narrow.

Only one ExerSazz so far, hacking / sawing / chopping in the garden on Monday. |Every time I go on ebay (every day!) they have a hideous countdown to Christmas and it's Not Long Now Shock

20km in 27.5 is amazing enya you must pedal like a demon Grin

Bloody hell enya, 20km is 12.5 miles and that takes me at least 32 minutes. Your pedals must be smoking Grin

Crispy that's a bugger re your knee but at least you are sensible and stop before re-damaging it. Am also [wilting] at the thought of all those sit-ups, good work!
