I meant to say also, that i think the weekend exercise has been really good for me. Although i have had a few vino's i have certainly been restrained food wise. On that note i have booked the creche today for a week Sunday and booked into circuits too.
I have spent 4 hrs walking round town today, shopping
. Off to walk down to preschool in a mo which will have to do as my exersazz of teh day.
Grapefruit for brekker (i know it is not really low carb but it ain't gonna kill me
) as no eggs in the house. Chargrilled chicken with edamame bean salad plus strawberries from M&S for lunch. Yummy 
BBBB - i have heard that the wifit scales are notoriously inaccurate. Can you invest in some normal scales which are in sync with the gym?
LOTI, sorry to hear you are poorly, but a walk might be nice. Personally i would just strap DD2 into the buggy, especially if she is poorly and perhaps offer her an ice cream as an incentive bribe if she goes in it ok? LOL, just realised i am probably too late!
