a. it's the north sea
b. me in a cossieHmm

CrispyTheCrisp · 16/03/2011 20:49

bibi mere trifling details. Slap on a bit of vaseline/lard and put on your rose coloured goggles and you'll be good to go Wink

No exercise tomorrow as off to London again. I will run on Fri though as that meeting has been canx and i have childcare. Woo woo. Think i will book myself in for a haircut too whilst i have the chance

So, Exersazz roundup for this week:

Fri: 2.5 mile walk
Sun: 1hr step circuits
Mon: 50 lengths/1hr pilates
Tues: 2.5 mile walk
Weds: 1hr circuits

Smile

Low carb not going so well Hmm

BibiBelle · 16/03/2011 21:46

I've just booked my hair appts too - I straightened it today for the first time in ages and couldn't believe how long it was Shock

hair cut should loose me a few pounds Grin

spoke to the girls at the gym today who said I'm not due for a weigh in until April so I'm going to get some new scales for the house.

Also considering an excersazz bike for the house - inspired by Hots you see Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 16/03/2011 22:04

Yay for potential biking bibi Grin i bet you could get one cheap on ebay, just make sure you get a nice padded seat or you will have a numb bum! I have done 12 miles again tonight and read a few more chapters of Emma, by Jane Austen NOT Barbara Cartland Grin so am 168/300 and building up a bit of a mile cushion so I can go swimming on Friday again instead of biking.

Well done on getting 5 in crispy, hope it shows on the scales on Friday.

bbbb well done on using your DDs as exercise aids Grin

I can definitely feel my ribs more than I could, but belly still sticking out miles, know I need to do sit ups/crunches for that. Scales still not going down much either Hmm Two bloody weeks it took me to put half a stone on over Christmas, nearly 10 weeks later and it's still not all gone . Was it worth it?????

Brilliant news on the ahead of target biking Fjorn

I sold my York 3100 on ebay for about £24. it was a bike/cross trainer - very good as no impact on the x-trainer but you could mix it up a bit

BibiBelle · 16/03/2011 22:23

I've got a x-trainer in the shed collecting dust Blush

CrispyTheCrisp · 16/03/2011 22:24

PMSL. You tool Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 16/03/2011 22:26

You slacker bibi Grin

OP posts:
BibiBelle · 16/03/2011 22:38

Oi!! It's holding the Christmas Decorations very nicely Grin

I hate it, it's too big and noisey so shall sell it to fund a smaller/quiet bike Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 17/03/2011 08:09

Preliminary weigh shows -2, although don't forget this is minus glasses and may not be fully accurate! I may return to accurate weighing as from tomorrow

FjorgynAndHotWater · 17/03/2011 08:56

Well done crispy! My preliminary weigh-in suggests -0.5 which is disappointing and just gets me back to 2 weeks ago . Must drink more water...

bibi my bike isn't particularly quiet either. Can't you just cross-train in the shed??? Wink

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 17/03/2011 10:26

this was the one i had Bibi and i think this one is only 20 miles from you. Very sturdy and pretty quiet IMO

luckoftheirish · 17/03/2011 12:54

Been to gym today bike and my new skiing machine Smile

well done on the losses ladies Smile.. i haven't been near my scales Shock..i think that having given up wine/chocolate/nuts/pringles for 40 days i can give up the scales too Grin..

BibiBelle · 17/03/2011 20:06

CrispyTheCrisp · 17/03/2011 20:09

Well done Bibi - how was the hip? With the ellyptical trainer i linked to it changes into a bike too by moving the handles

Well done on the gym LoTI and a massive congrats on keeping up your Lent absteinence. You are a FAR more dedicated person than i am Blush

BibiBelle · 17/03/2011 20:11

It won't let me open it for some reason Hmm

hip holding up ok but I didn't go quite as hard at it today Blush

luckoftheirish · 17/03/2011 21:07

lol crisp Grin not dedicated at all really just trying to prove to myself i can do it Grin.. the craving for wine/nuts/pringles and chocs is finally starting to abate but taking it each day as it comes Smile

well done on the gym bibi and i think you should be taking it easy with your poorly hip

good luck with your trainer tom bbbb

and good luck with the weigh in ladies Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 17/03/2011 21:11

Glad the cravings are going LOTI

So, who is weighing in tomorrow? Just me and Hots? Bibi, i think your scales are broken IIRC?

Food good today - yoghurt & apple for brekker, houmous & wrap salad for lunch and paprika beef for tea. After my haircut tomorrow I am sure i will be 1/2 stone lighter. My waxing obviously helped too Grin

BibiBelle · 17/03/2011 21:19

problem is Loti hip isn't going to get any better Sad it's only going to get worse so I HAVE to shift some weight and soon Blush

Sazz - meant to get scales today but ended up on road trip with DH buying him some clothes. couldn't face going into town after the gym - purple face/sweaty and minging Grin

might as DH to have a swatch in ASDA tonight on his shift Smile

BibiBelle · 17/03/2011 21:23

have asked him to look - he's away to work poncing about in his new North Face top Hmm

CrispyTheCrisp · 17/03/2011 21:29

Blimey, he'll scare the spotty yoof in Asda in his Uniform Grin

BibiBelle · 17/03/2011 21:40

It's on his beat - he's in there a lot HmmGrin

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 17/03/2011 21:43

evening ladies:)

Am terrified about tomorrow - I loved my old trainer bloke but he is not too far and without childcare at his new gym! This new person will want me to stand on accurate scale Shock then measure my wobbly bits and then torture me for an hour - all the while DD2 will be drooling over the lady in the creche and being happy without me!

Bibi - have you contemplated the dreaded Xenical? I got on really well with it and lost heap loads of weight on it as I knew I had to be good as poo stains on my trousers are not a good look!

Fjorny/Loti/Crispy - hope the scales show mucho weight loss in the morning.
