Another 14 tonight so have 5x exersazzes Smile Am 112/250 and far enough ahead that I could even have a day off biking tomorrow and start boozing as soon as DC are in bed...

Instead I am....... going swimming ShockShockShock If I write it here then I will be too ashamed not to do it Grin and if I have a shower after my swim rather than before I leave home there is an outside chance the DC might actually sleep in past 6.30am and not be so grumpy at teatime...

Sorry you are aching after your circuits crispy serves you right for your cheek hope you feel better tomorrow and can chalk up no1 exersazz of the new week Smile

bibi you are doing so well, keep it up and you'll be fit as a lop in no time Grin

bbbb ouch at the thought of a personal trainer! Hope s/he whips you into shape too Smile

Think I am making a bit of progress, have just made the choc mousse for Friday afters and let DH lick the bowl out Shock

Better go to bed though if I am swimming in the morning...

I fell last night Blush Into my fitted wardrobe doors Sad exceptionally painful on my hand & leg. Nothing broken except my pride & my fecking glass door. At least I wasn't getting to the gym anyway today

Been swimming already though Shock It's ages since I've been and it was really hard work. Just goes to highlight the fact that cycling is all very well but only works legs, and if I want to be toned I need to think about doing more variety of exercise. Might make Friday morning swimming a regular thing as it's so tempting to just crack the wine open when I get home from work instead of biking.

Well done on the swimming Fjorn. I definitely think mixing it up is good for toning. I am feeling pretty good, just the scales say almost a stone over my lightest Shock. As always i have just put on a layer of padding all over so doesn't look too bad but is still an extra stone i am carrying round

Walked to and from preschool this morning (2.5 miles) so will chalk up my first Exersazz for the week Smile

Crisp I too am feeling pretty good hence banishing the scales for a while..was making me too depressed!

Been to the gym for fast walk/run and stepper 40 mins done.. wanted to run for longer but knee was aching so switched to the stepper!

Nothing cut but my hip is aching horribly and my leg is V sore - mainly all pride Blush and an expensive mirrored door

haven't weighed in today as the scales aren't working Hmm Aiming for first weigh in next week at gym intead.

Period has arrived about five days early which at least explains the gain yesterday. Just going to have to try and avoid the mad carb craivngs today now...

Step away from the snack food loti!!!!

Have been alright today, apart from a chocolate muffin that my mum brought round, but no toast which is deffo progress. Done a paltry 8 miles on my bike but at least I am keeping on track for the target - 120/300 in 12 days.

Wine o'clock now though so could all go downhill fast...

Day started well with me racing DD1 up and down the road about 15 times with me running and her on her bike. Proper sprinting - knackered Blush

Undid it all with a chinese takeaway and wine Grin

Just off to a new circuits class this morning. I really hope i am not the only girl

well i went Grin.. did 40 mins and some hard core sit upsGrin..

found a new machine that works your legs and bum,man its hard work but managed 15.5km on it Grin... feelin v good now.. dh has begged me to have a glass of wine tonight as he thinks once a week is acceptable.. i may just partake Grin

Circuits was ok. Was a step circuit and there were 30 people in quite a small studio Shock. I think i prefer my smaller Weds class, but was a very good/sweaty workout. Then took DD1 swimming and did about 4 lengths with her as my passenger Grin

Salad for lunch and gardening this afternoon which i shall then undo with a roast Hmm

Well done on your gym session and enjoy the forbidden wine. We won't tell much Grin

I have had a lie-in until 10.15am then scoffed a big cooked breakfast and pottered round in the garden all afternoon before having lamb, roast potatoes and apple crumble Shock No lunch as such though so not horrifically bad... and done 12 miles on my bike tonight so 132/300 Smile

Well i didn't have Wine.. tho feeling a bit sick today yuck.. i actually think its because i am not eating enough Shock... i think all eating my pringles/nuts/chocolate/wine accounted for alot of my empty calories Hmm..

So i am going to make a better effort at eating more today but of the good stuff Grin

Fjor, when i swapped wine for G&T it did make a difference as there are massively less calories, especially if you make it quite weak

LOTI - i have sandwich envy - they are my favourite Envy.

I had a small piece of fruit cake at toddler group but just had a little graze at lunchtime of some ham & veggies. I am supposed to be going swimming soon before DD1's lesson, but DD2 not well enough for creche, so i hope DH finishes his conference call asap and i can leave her here with him
