Amazing exercise this week crisp you are definitely back in the groove.. don't Envy your morning tho, i was at dd2 preschool for an hour on wed and it gave me a headache Smile

i did the fat burn dvd again last night in a vain attempt to make the scales go down.. didn't work tho Hmm.. am +2lb today, which i know is down to af.. well i hope it is..

Going to try and go to the gym this am when i have done the double school drop off..eek

Well done on the gym attendance LOTI, i'll bet it was nice to go and exercise somewhere different!

I walked to and from preschool, 2.5 miles with the double buggy, and i had to run there as we were late, so i am calling that an exersazz. DD1 asked to shred this avo but it was 10 mins before their tea so we would have run out of time. I wish she had suggested it earlier!

My shred dvd is kaputt SadSad.. realised last night it was doing weird things so rushed an order thru with amazon to get another one and thats not working either.. not sure if it is the downstairs dvd player tho numberjacks dvd works v well Hmm

was all psyched up to do it so did the fat burn dvd instead not the same tho Hmm

off to stuff my face now tho Grin

LOTI, can you check it on another DVD? Maybe it is a batch which is faulty? well done on fat burn and sorry your shred challenge has been interrupted as i couldn't wait to see what you thought of Level 3 Grin

Bugger re shred dvd loti. Have you tried it on a different dvd player? I bet you can pretty much do it from memory anyway by now Grin

Well done on being evens crisp, esp as you were shovelling it in for 10 out of 14 days. Here's to all our exercise showing next Friday Smile

Only managed 10 miles yesterday, and that was in two separate sessions so not an exersazz but have done 12 already today and eaten bacon and egg butty so am 59/300 after 5 days of March so quite chuffed by that.

I have lost the remote controls for the dvd player upstairs so cannot get to where i need to the play the shred.. will get dh to investigate when he gets back tomorrow..

did the fat burn again whilst dds in the bath this morning, hoping to do the cardio dvd whilst they are in bed tonight, will hopefully prevent too much snacking tonight!

Did ok today - had fishcakes with asian salad rather than burger & chips or pizza for lunch. Walked about 3 miles but not counting as exersazz as that would only wipe off the glass of wine i had with lunch Blush

59 miles in 5 days is fab Fjorn. COuld you have a destination target by say end of june? Confused

Ok'ish weekendfood/drink/activity wise and good today plus done 40 lengths this avo and pilates class this evening. No exercise tomorrow as off to London but no panic as i have completed 2/4 Exersazz already this week

Hello bibi, glad you are keeping up the gymmming, sorry your hip is still hurting though. You bought a new swimminc costume a while ago; are you allowed swimming? I suppose breaststroke frog-kicking might be a bit much but crawl might be OK. I too bought one, am psyching myself to return to the pool...

loti you are a dvd animal Shock, oh and double Shock at no wine for nearly 7 weeks. Like crispy, don't think I could manage that oh not a chance in hell Blush

Yay for 2x exersazzes crispy and have fun in that London tomorrow.

I had quite a poor weekend really, lots of bread and wine, not a great deal of exercise after my biking on Saturday. Have been in the garden most of Sunday and all afternoon today, feeling positively sunkissed after the glorious weather today, and have done 12 miles tonight so 71/300, just over 10 miles per day
