10/30 shred completed hurrah so that means i move onto level 2 tomorrow eek..

feeling completely shattered as a lot disheartened cos although my exercise has been ok i am just eating all the wrong things and waay to many of them Hmm.. this half term is such a killer..

there is absolutely no chance of either managing evens or a loss this week which i am very Angry at myself about... hey ho onwards and upwards..

No exercise, 2 lunches and a dinner out, not to mention copious cocktails. feel fat and bleugh. Off to wildfowl centre today, so lots of walking and children chasing to be done

No chance for biking yesterday, but plenty of eating and drinking then more drinking and eating. Was loads of fun but not good for the scales.

Will try and do 20 miles today to make up for yesterday...

Amiheartless I do my exercises around the dcs lol.

Just done my fat burn DVD whilst dcs in the bath so have completed just over an hour exercise in 3 sessions tho... Desperately hoping it reflects on the scales bur still have rest of the day to get to and the dds are in meltdown Hmm

16 miles tonight, 206/250 with 4 days to go. Couldn't face the last 4... Weigh in is gonna be grim tomorrow but it will probably definitely be temporary bread & booze water retention I hope

No cycling today obviously, but we had a massive walk and have burned a fair few calories in worry. Depending on how we get on tomorrow I may have to roll the biking challenge on a month...

shredded day 12 day 2 of level2 and its getting harder not easier. also completed the fat burn dvd..

totally shattered but determined that this week the scales will start to go down as getting a bit annoyed Hmm

day 13 of shred day 3 of level 2 complete, this 30 day shred is killing me.. read the cover and it said you can lose up to 20lbs pah Grin.. really shouldn't have shredded with a horrible cold but pleased that i can now collapse in a corner Grin

I have done 12 today and hoping to do another 12 later, I really want to get to 250 and am currently 218/250 so in theory 12 more today and 20 tomorrow should be easy famous last words

I got dh to take my measurements today so I will see if I lose inches by the end of the shred. Should of really taken them at the beginingHmmBlush

Good idea re measurements loti, hope you lose an inch or two. You must feel firmer already though surely???

I have somehow managed another 12 miles Shock so am 230/250 with only 20 to go. Should manage that tomorrow!

day 14 of shred day 4 of level 2 complete.. completely full full full of cold and shouldn't have done it but like fjor i am on a mission..

Fjor i do feel a little fitter, dh commented that my bum looked perkier HmmGrin and definitely getting strong abs and legs Grin.. hoping for a leaner look by the end so we will see Smile

Well, I have eaten and drunk with gay abandon for the past 10 days with zero exercise. To embarrassed to come on here. Anyhoo, have just swum 40 lengths, pilates tonight and a run tomorrow. I WILL get back on track.
