I have been avoiding work looking back obver this thread and reading my posts from Nov/Dec when I managed to lose half a stone in a few weeks. (love the own-post-highlighting thingy) I was on my bike loads, sometimes doing 20+ miles a day, and doing mucho snow walking plus swerving biscuits again so no wonder it worked. Hoping the target of 250 miles by the end of the month will spur me on to a similar feat of cycling endurance.

sorry ladies have been on the go all day and this is my first sit down Shock

Think i am evens Hmm but better than earlier on in the week and means that my big weight loss last week has stuck which is good..

Shredded at 6.30am Shock as know i have no time whatsoever to do it is 4/30.. think it maybe starting to get a little easier..

Well done on both being down Grin

I have done 14 miles tonight, yay, feeling the vibe again at last. 134/250. Am going to do at least 16 tomorrow to get to 150. There is no way I can do this by food as am too greedy so got to really up the exercise. Off to eat cheesy garlic chicken and drink wine now...

I have done 12 miles tonight, was hoping to do the last 4 while the DC were asleep but they aren't yet Hmm so 146/250 and will do some extra tomorrow instead.

day 6/30 on shred suppose to be getting easier but feels like it's getting harder Shock only 4 more days of level 1 before level 2 starts eel

crisp/urs you are shredders did you complete the 30 days? I am feeling alot stronger for doing it and my tummy muscles permanently ache Grin

I did 16 miles Shock, yay Grin so am 162/250. We went for a lovely walk this afternoon too, but good work undone by ice cream, two muffins and roast chicken Blush Still, last week I did the scoffing without the extra biking so this is a definite improvement Grin

just shredding 7/30 as it is the only time i have today to do it! taking the dds swimming in a bit.. if by some miracle i get a bit extra time will do my cardio dvd..

Never mind crispy, just start again today. I'm sure that running around after two DDs for a whole week will urn a few calories.

loti that goes for you too, no need to do two exercise dvds today!

I am up two on Friday which is not bad considering the food & drink that's been shovelled in. Hoping the lots of biking will undo the damage...

Another 12 here so done my 4 exersazzes already Shock and am 174/250. No mention of the cheese I have eaten today though BlushBlushBlush

Woah, you two! I can't keep up. Only pilates for me yesterday and nothing whilst am in London. Thurs will have to get my arse back into gear. If I can be good food wise, it'll be ok, but I suspect i will go out tonight with work so all bets are off due to my crap levels of self control Hmm

We went swimming today which was mucho fun although not really much exercise, and the custard doughnut afterwards was probably outside the calorie allowance, but it was v yummy Grin

Have done 16 miles tonight - 190/250 so nearly there Shock May not get much chance tomorrow as friends coming over about 11am and staying over but will try and do a few miles first thing.

Shredded 9/30 again at 6.30.. its actually not too bad now.. will try and do cardio later if i get a chance but v v v busy again to not holding out much hope..

lots of water consumed and scales v v slowly going down but still not back to fri weight so not holding out much hope for fri Hmm.. finding it so so hard to lose atm
