crispy is your knee fine now then?

I have had another BlushBlushBlush weekend, loads of eating and drinking, not any much exersazzing. Did 12 miles on my bike yesterday though, and 16 today. 84/250 so my challenge is looking unlikely to succeed Hmm. 166 miles in 14 days...

Shred 1/30.. its is quite hard and had no hand weight so used some cans Grin.. its is quite like my fat burn dvd so was quite pleased with it Grin..

Also done my cardio dvd and abs workout so my tummy is aching.. dd2 has had a fab workout too HmmGrin

Fjorn, get on thee bike - is LESS than 12 miles a day. Easy peasy for you Smile

My knee is ok'ish and it was only really hurting when i touched it rather than all the time. Was fine at pilates, other than i can't kneel on it so used a ball instead. I tried running today, managed 2k at 8.5k/hr and it started to ache so i stopped, did some powerplate and situps to make it 30 mins and left it at that. It is still aching now though so i know i need to carry on taking it easy

sounds alot but the shred was 20 mins, cardio about 23 mins i think and the abs 10.. to be far i did the cardio/abs first and then the postie turned up with the shred so i had to give it a go Smile

what weights do u use for it?

I have these LOTI. I generally use the heavier ones for strength exercises and the mid ones if i want to add weight to cardio moves, or on a couple of exercises where the heavy ones hurt too much Grin

Rarely use the light ones, but the DD's seem to enjoy them!

Thanks Loti, am fine really. Am getting to the point where I am ready to stop trying anyway, just watched three episodes of One Born Every Minute yesterday and was feeling quite broody Grin

12 done, that's 96/250. Will not make up for the banana cake though Blush

My sister returned some jeans I had lent her because they were too big for me. Tried them on last night and was horrified to find they fit me Shock Slightly baggy round the waistband but fitting everywhere else Shock They are size 16 BlushBlushBlush No more banana cake...

Off to try circuits now. If my knee is aching i will switch to swimming.

Had a sneaky weigh and i think i am 1lb down on Friday which is amazing, but probably the cumulative benefit of good exercise for 3-4 weeks. Supposed to be going out for wine and pizza tonight. If i can just force myself to drive i will have diet coke and mainly salad, so i know that is the right thing to do, but girly get togethers are much more fun with wine

i watched a programme last night on low fat food and was [shocked].. my eating i think is really my main issue as i tend to graze and graze and graze and not fill myself up properly Hmm..

2/30 shred and my abs and arms are aching Shock.. hoping to complete my cardio dvd whilst dd2 splashes in the bath later Hmm..

did take dd2 swimming this am and so pleased she is getting more confident Smile.. was trying to do some exercises whislt she splashed but people were looking at me HmmGrin

Well done on the continued shredding LOTI do you enjoy it?

I managed 1/2hr of circuits and then got a bit achey. As it included jumps/squats, shuttle runs with dips etc i was quite pleased it help up. Will miss circuits next week though as it is half term and i have agreed to work Tues & Weds - perversely easier to get childcare cover in the holidays for both Hmm

Went into the pool and swam 22 lengths which was a nice stretch before DD2's swimming lesson. I always do jumps and lifts with DD2 pretending i am just giving her lots of fun but actually am doing them for me Grin

Oh, and on my way out i managed to crack my knee on the gate as the security light didn't come on. It is normally left open but i had asked DD1 to close it when her and DD2 went out to play together yesterday afternoon. I'm surprised she actually listened tbh Grin

So now my knee is once again ouchy ouchy and i am hobbling Sad. Walked 1.25 miles to preschool. Not sure i can do much else today

Yay on being back to Friday's weight Fjorny. I am trying to be good today but craving food.

Not sure on weigh in tomorrow. Did ok today and walked to and from school for pickup, so walked about 4 miles today

So, weekly Exersazz roundup:

Shred (Level 1 with weights)& 1hr pilates
Ran 2k & Powerplate
1/2hr circuits & Swim (22 lengths)
Walk 4 miles

I need to try and get some exercise in tomorrow/this weekend as i am in London all day Tues and Weds next week. However we have visitors, so i shall probably end up in the pub rather than the gym HmmBlushWine

Well done DVD Queen Grin. I think the shred will hurt if you do it every day. Normally the advice is that you are supposed to have rest days when you do strength stuff, but i'm not sure Jillian advocates rest Confused

I've done another 12 miles today, making 120/250. Not even half way there yet Hmm and Friday to Sunday my worst days for exercise but will really try and do it every day.

I have done 5x biking exersazzes and a total of 64 miles. Need to mix it up a bit and maybe occasionally do a shred or summat. Next week am off for half term so will just veg in a chair all week make exercise a part of every day Hmm

I have managed -0.5lb which is not brilliant but better than +0.5! Down 3 since I started again after Christmas which means to reach my original goal of losing a stone I need to lose another 11 in the next 6 weeks... OK so that's not going to happen but I'm going to do my best to get as near as I can.

Crispy down 1 only 36 hours after wine and pizza is brilliant, well done!

Hope you have some encouraging weighage today too loti. Is there any news on the bike yet?
