Ah you'll be fine Lotster. I shall be weighing in tomorrow as i am staying with a friend tomorrow night. Anything other than a gain and i will be a happy bunny. Need to do some exercise tomorrow but knee very achy so will wait and see. maybe just school walk for now

loti unless you have been drinking double cream straight from the pot I'm sure you'll be fine Smile

Only managed 6 miles today, had to go to asda once DC were in bed and it took longer than I thought it would, so now 56/250 and falling behind had an hour's walk to and from work though so not all bad. Scales were looking pretty good this morning but there is still time for me to put it all back on again Hmm

Weighed this morning at evens, so am pleased with that. Need to try and do better this weekend, but out tonight and a meal out with the parents on Sunday, so not sure how achievable that will be Hmm

Walked to school this morning, so Exersazz for the week:
Shred (Level 1 with weights)
Swim (40 lengths) & 1hr pilates
Swim (40 lengths)
Walk 2.5 miles (may do 2.5 miles later depending on work/packing etc)

Am -1 today but a bit [annoyed] because was -2 on Wednesday and have done nothing to justify the increase Hmm hoping it's pre-period bloating.

No biking last night either as DSis turned up unexpectedly just as I was about to saddle up. So falling further behind on my challenge and am going to have to do mucho pedalling over the weekend.

Only 3 proper ExerSazzes, a total of 50 miles on my bike, but lots of walking and 90 minutes gardening so hopefully next week will reap the reward...

Crispy evens is not bad, hope last night was yummy and fingers crossed your knee will let you do plenty of sweaty stuff this week.

loti hope your tooth is starting to feel better now, and good luck for a weekend without alcohol . How are your scales today?

I am -4 today which sounds great but to be fair was +3 last week due to af Hmm

i have biked 155km this week which is great but need to mix it up a bit.

No alcohol this weekend will be hard hots but so sick of toothache willing to do anything and everything to make it stop!

Will prob just do a bit of gentle exercise today as haven't had a rest day oops Smile

bit of a setback weekend, went to Leds girls weekend and ate crap and binge drank :(

back on strict tomoz,

I wore a strapless dress aswell not had the courage to show shoulders and stuff for years, judging by pics I wont again lol

No bike as it is completely kaput Sad.. so have ordered the shred dvd.. will hopefully do my cardio dvd today.. don't feel that it is as effective as the burn on the bike tho Hmm.. will have to be super good on the food this week Hmm

me and dd2 did my cardio dvd whilst she helped and bounced on my bed Hmm also did the 10 min abs workout.. still doesn't feel like i am doing enough Hmm so may attempt the fat burn section whilst she has a bath later.. foodwise completely rubbish Blush

LOTI, that is masses. Some cardio and abs workout is honestly enough for one day. I climbed up and around soft play, walked to and from school, 2.5 miles and will do pilates later. Missed my swim as DD1 had horrid tummy pains. They are all ok now Hmm

hope dd1 is ok crisp, she normally loves her swimming doesn't she? well done on the walk and enjoy pilates later.. i really miss my classes Sad..

did do the fat burn whilst dd2 splashed about in her bath.. so that is about an hour.. i guess i will just have to get used to this.. really miss my bike!!

She loves swimming, but doesn't mind missing actual lessons IYSWIM?

I have just shredded as DD1 asked me if we could do 'exercises'. I have raised my own little Jillian Shock Confused

Maybe see how your body reacts to no biking but sculpting stuff instead. You may be surprised, and pleased with the results Smile

Off for a post exercise bath now apparently as DD1 'wants to get wet today'. I did answer that was the idea of her swimming Hmm
