Have also eaten too much so far today but for once have offset a little of it with 10 miles on the bike. Might do a bit more later but even if not at least that's an exersazz ticked off for this week, phew. 16/250

Wow loti 30km is v impressive!

I have managed a walk in the woods this afternoon and a cuppa and slice of cake in the cafe afterwards and a paltry 4 miles on my bike but that gets me to 25/250. Am supposedly on a promise with DH in a bit but he is rather grumpy atm so may gat a few more miles in after all...

Well I am drinking wine again Blush but did take dd2 swimming and food shopping so hoping that cancels some of it out Smile

No more biking for me last night Wink and then I had two pints of porter and a bacon butty Blush

By some miracle though am only +1.5lb on Friday this morning so hopefully if I can be good all week and do plenty of exercise I might manage a loss by Friday.

i'm with you there hots, trying to up my exercise a bit and continuing to log everything on focus.. am under my calorie allowance after exercise but above my normal daily allowance but no movement to the scales Hmm..

so much for eat less and exercise more!Grin

Still hiding after an 8 course meal on friday and curry on sat Blush

Back to being good again today food wise, have swum 4 lengths and done pilates. So 2 exersazz down. Off to the big smoke tomorrow so only some walking and shoving plus the likelihood of lunch out. I need to work out how to be very good in these situations. I love salads but most restaurant salads are pretty bad calorie wise. Ho hum. I will try my best and just have salad for tea.

15 miles for me so 40/250. 210 to go in, erm, 21 days Shock so had better get in a few extra this week to make u for the no doubt slack weekend...

Have fun in that London crispy, have a big chunk of yummy fish and a few veggies and the cheeseboard for lunch Grin

loti your food sounded good; hope you weren't undone at tea time. We had home made chicken nuggets, not too unhealthy and very delicious Smile

And then right royally fucked my knee. I am so pissed off i can hardly say. From the way it feels now i suspect walking tomorrow will be a massive challenge. GGRRRRRRRR Angry. Such a bloody twat. Why can't i pick up my own feet Hmm

Oh crispy you slack chuff poor girl Sad Any chance you could go for a sauna / gentle swim round in circles (Wink) tomorrow to help ease it off?

Well done on your 25km loti, I only managed 10 miles (50/250) but also 2x school run and about 90 minutes in the garden, although lased and had some chocolate which I am rather Blush about as it wasn't even very nice...

Oh well, am on the train to work tomorrow so that's a good hour of walking to/from the station.

I did manage a swim - 40 lengths, with a trailing leg which did not send me in circles! Knee thankfully much much better. It was SO painful last night, i was fearing problems.

Had a sauna after and did some leg bends and extensions to try and keep movement in it

25km on bike and sit ups completed! Still logging every morsel on focus and praying for a loss this week! Tummy seems to have gone down a bit thankfully tho with more anti biotics to take I fear the bloat will ramp up again [sigh]
