hots you have been garden goddess in January. Will you be able to do any exercise with your hurty foot?

I am still doing fine in the week, just not weekends. Most of this weekend was fine, but we had friends for sunday roast, cue big roast, pavlova and wine. Unfortunately i know this alone will scupper any chance of a loss. Ho hum.

I have to work tomorrow but considering getting up early and shredding Shock. Chance of it happening - about 25% i reckon Hmm

No shred for me this morning, but a tentative weigh on suggests evens from fri, so not ALL bad. Trying v hard to have a good week. Wishing you the same ladies Smile

ok so have managed to bike it inbetween the monster amout of painkillers been taking for massive tooth ache.. hoping to have wisdom tooth removed tomorrow.. it cannot come too soon Hmm..

have also gone back to lord focus and af has finally made an appearance!!

hope you manage to get some exercise later crisp..

hope your foot is not too sore today hots

Foot much better today thanks, phew, still a bit swollen and sore but nothing unmanageable.

No chance to do a proper ExerSazz today, and I'm not making excuses for once because we went to playgroup straight from school, back for lunch then back out in the garden to finish off the tree, then back to school, to DD's friend's house for a cuppa, home, tea, DSis came round and has only just gone so it's too late to do anything now as too near to bedtime. I did get pretty sweaty sawing the tree though, and it's finally down, thank flip. Been good withh food too, but this morning's weigh-in was horrific BlushBlushBlush

Hope you manage some exercise tomorrow Sazz, and v well done for being back to Friday's weight already

Well done on the gardening hots and biking whilst in pain is insane loti. I thought i might do a shred before dinner, but i didn't finish work till 8.15 and really cba at that time. Circuits tomorrow and should have time for something on thurs

don't mention weigh in crisp Shock.. my tummy is so bloated feel about 3 months gone!

done 25km on bike and logging every morsel of food on ford.. was under my calorie allowance yest after exercise so hoping to come in the same today.. all tooth dependant!

good luck with circuits and hot saw on tv that log chopping for an hour burns a whopping 450 cals!! go girl!!!

Circuits done. I was a little bit peeved that this week he decided not to use the kettle bells and tube things and just go with body weight exercises. Many were exactly the same as shredding - jump squats, press ups, plank & moving planks etc. So although good, i would have preferred the variety of other stuff. Did 45 mins hard workout, 10 mins powerplate and then took DD2 for her swimming lesson

About a lb of this morning - not really sure as i am ignoring the 1/4 and 1/2lbs as it was all getting too depressing Blush

LOTI well done on the biking, but you MUST eat all the calories you are due or your body will go into starvation mode.

A better weigh today fjorn?

Bit better today thanks, but still a long way to go. Got another cold so not much puff for cycling but did 6 miles, and had a brisk walk round town for nearly an hour at lunchtime.I am setting myself a target of cycling 250 miles this month Shock so will see how that goes. 6/250...

Well done on being one down crispy, and your workout may have been boring but I bet it worked off a few calories!

Loti take it easy with illness, wisdom tooth extraction, Grandma excitement (many congratulations by the way Smile) there is plenty of time for being strict once you are feeling better.

Sheesh look at the time, better go to bed.

well i am definitely out for the rest of the week ladies... mouth in all sorts/bloated tummy and will def not be doing any exercise til mouth heals.. so not going to even weigh in tom as i know it will be horrific and as there is naff all i can to about it atm i don't want to know!!! Blush

I think that is a good plan loti. Nice wholesome soups are you friend Smile. evens weigh in again today, but planning a run this morning. I would like to combined it with the school run rather than jabs to schlep all the way over to the gym but it is so feckin grey and miserable it is depressing.

Nice one on the biking target hots, are you planning to shred/swim as well as I think a mix always helps I think?

Ran 8k this morning (or so a rough estimate on M ap My Run shows). I have downloaded an app to my i phone which should track runs as i do them. Will see whether that actually works Hmm

Sun has come out now i have finished my run, although i s'pose at least it was dry earlier

I am getting a bit frustrated with food focus crisp, not sure what i am doing wrong?/

I have logged every thing tuesday and yest.. was way under yesterday as obv had tooth out and couldn't eat as much, did good exercise yest and the day before.. it tells me i should be losing but know if anything i am gaining on a big basis.. why oh why oh why?? AngrySad

LOTI, it sounds like your body is going into some kind of 'starvation' mode and keeping hold of the food/drink. How many calories is he allowing you (pre exercise?)

I would say eat (healthily) to your allowance and do some gentle yoga or pilates. Perhaps you could try some cleansing type drinks - hot water with lemon to help clear the system. The AB's could be messing around with digestion?

1306 crisp before exercise so i burnt 500 yesterday on my bike so understandable i couldn't have eaten that much with my tooth!!

You may be right about the anti biotics, on my third course this year already and only just into feb!!!

Trying to try lots of water today and will attempt some light pilates later when the dds are having their bath.. just so frustrating arghhh..thanks for advice Smile

Despite going to the pub last night (pint of lager shandy, 2 diet cokes and a cup of tea Hmm I am -2 . out for dinner tonight to a place with a 7 course raster menu with wine so shall undo it all again no doubt

Well i know i said i wouldn't weigh in but decided too.. don't know why i bothered.. and +3lb???? no idea how i have managed to on over half a stone in the last few weeks???

Something has to be done about this, it is frustrating me.. particularly the last few days when i haven't even been able to eat properly.. my body is a mine field

I still have 11 lbs to shift, but it's a start lol. I am going to try and do some exersazz today but was not walking to school as wet and miserable. Grrrrr

no exersazz for me again today but hoping to get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.. still religiously tracking everything on focus so i am hoping that my this time next week i will have some good news or heads will roll Grin

Sorry loti, i started that post before school and got interrupted so x posted!

I think your body is coping with lots and although i know you want to lose a bit, you are pretty slim and fit, so i think it will always be harder for you Sad. Hopefully once the blood results are sorted there may be an answer in there and once you are off the ab's things may settle?

For me, i think the christmas eat/drink fest is still playing a part and i am not back to a consistent plateau yet from which to kickstart a steady loss. We will get there though Smile

one more day of anti b and i am done!! that will be three lots in less than a month so hoping that has counted for something..

thought i would try my bike did 5km and was feeling good so did 20km more! so that is 500 calories to add to my food log Smile

Bloody hell, 25k Shock. Still nowt done here. I may try and persuade DD1 to shred or try my new pilates DVD

32 length swim
1hr pilates
1 hr circuits
8k run

This week i aim to shred, swim, pilates, run & circuits

tues 20km bike
wed 25km bike...

Hmm when i add all that up that is pretty good exercise.. what the hell is wrong with my scales??? HmmGrin
