Have managed 12 miles but am knackered and legs now like jelly Shock oh well it's the first proper exercise I've had for nearly 3 weeks so not surprising.

loti Sad re fainting, hope you are feeling a bit better today. I went dizzy in Asda yesterday because of nothing to eat since breakfast, I had a kitkat Blush unfortunately that set the tone for the rest of the day and had ham sandwich, buttery toast with marmalade and trifle BlushBlushBlush

Trying to do better today though, don't want to be fat any more and the only way is to STOP EATING WRONG THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crispy glad you had a good birthday Smile No more worrying about what has passed our lips since Christmas Eve, time to start again with a clean slate and a big sackful of willpower.

Went sales shopping instead of the gym so spent money and ate Nando's (grilled chicken pitta & salad) so not ALL bad i s'pose Hmm

I agree Fjorn, we must STOP EATING WRONG THINGS and NOT GET DERAILED by small hiccups.

LOTI - maybe you should hold off the exercise bike until you have seen the doc. Could you do a pilates DVD instead, so you get the toning, but not the aerobic bit?

3 times in one day Shock Loti I really hope they find out quick what is up with you. I have come close a few times but only ever actually fainted once in my life, and that was for a particularly gruesome reason. The coming close times were all due to low blood sugar; make sure you are getting some complex carbs a few times a day.

Crispy hope you got something nice in the sales to justify the lack of exercise. I am making a concerted effort to buy nothing but food and essentials this month after three shocking credit card bills in a row will see how long that lasts...

ursula yay for more running, and if you can keep that up then gently reduce the shite food you'll be skinny again before you know it!

Only managed 8 miles tonight [wuss] but walked to school and back twice and managed an hour in the garden too. Been good with food - cereal, feta salad then chicken salad, am hungry now but no toast tonight. Maybe a small bowl of cereal, oh joy.

Hellllllloooooooo

Well yesterday food was not too bad with steamed mussels and french bread for tea. Have run 6k, 10 mins powerplate and 100 situps today. Bran flakes and soup + 1/2 slice bread so far. Paprika beef & noodles for tea.

Will go to the gym tomorrow as i only have a bit of work to catch up on, so hopefully even stevens for this week come Fri weigh in Hmm

Ursula - what is your training schedule like? I assume DP has set you one Wink. I may try to follow you no chance

Well done for biking and walking and gardening Hots, the Lord would be very impressed with all that exercise

LOTI - hope the docs come up with something to help. In the meantime i think healthy eating with iron rich foods, proteins and complex carbs are the way to go

no exersazz for me today as had bloods done and still fainting so just not worth it. Trying to be good on the old food front but keep reaching for the sweet things when I go dizzy! Not much hope for any loss this week most likely a gain pah

Did another 8 miles although this was slightly undone by more cereal for supper. Oh well, scales looking a bit promising for at least some loss tomorrow, just got to drink plenty of water today...

Ran 6k, cycled 6k (500 cals apparently) and drank 1.5l water too. Then got irrationally annoyed at a bunch of old biddies having a powe rplate class when i wanted to go and stretch and wobble some fat off Blush. Went and clamed down in the sauna Grin

V V embarrassing moment in the changing room when i could not for the life of me get my jeans on. They are my smallest GAP ones, but they just got stuck. I could feel a lady drying her hair watching so i put my socks and shoes on in the meantime with the jeans stuck round my thighs Blush. Anyhoo, after much cajoling i got into them finally. More work needed i fear on this weightloss front as i want to get into them comfortably

Grapefruit for brekker, rocket & parmesan salad for lunch and kedgeree for tea Smile

still fainting LOTI? This is not good. Have you tried taking some spatone to boost your iron anyway whilst waiting for your results? Can't do any harm i don't think

Did 8 miles, was going to do some more but DS wouldn't go to sleep for ages then it was too late. Oh well, I did walk outside for a cig quite a few times today Blush and that's probably about a mile altogether Grin

loti you are mad to be doing housework while you are fainting all over the place. I hope the results show something easy to fix tomorrow. You are excused from weigh-in if you want in the morning Smile
