I have walked 2.5 miles and shredded Level 1 with weights . Aim to do another 2.5 miles later as DH is here and it will be nice to walk in the fresh air and chat Smile

Whilst shredding i was trying to work out what weigh in i might expect tomorrow. I was 10.8 on Xmas eve, and then had 11 days of pigging and NO exercise. I have then had 3 good days which i reckon canx out 3 bad, so that leaves 8 days of excesses. Do you reckon 1/2lb a day on? So i am hoping only to be no more than +4, and that still keeps me a whisker under 11 stone, so i hope that is the case

Bets anyone? HmmConfusedGrin

I reckon you may suprise yourself what with been so good the last few days!! Some of the excess will def be water retention from indulgence so I reckon not +4 maybe +2.5!!!

I am also thinking about what to expect tom!! I like hits put on 5 so I reckon if luck is on my side may have got rid of a pound!!!

Just had a lovely snooze and feel a little better, nose is running now v attractive but hopefully that means that the lurgy is making an exit Grin

I am sorry to keep whining on about feeling poorly but I do feel rough today Sad I had a funny turn this morning, feeling all head-prickly and woozy. Had 4 satsumas but they didn't help so had a few bourbon biscuits too Blush But I have come on the train so walked/ran to the station this morning and by the time I get home will have walked at least 4 miles so may have worked off one or two of them...

I am anticipating anywhere between +5 and +7 but although this is disappointing at least I will be in no worse a position than I was in the middle of November. Thank flip for all that biking I did!

Just over 13 weeks till my birthday and my plan is to be below my lowest ever post-baby weight by then, which, depending on tomorrow's result, could be verging on a stone away Shock Only 1lb per week, easy famous last words...

Sorry to hear you are still rough Fjorn. I recommend a soak in a hot bath tonight and some sudafed or something to help you sleep

I love the birthday challenge, sadly i think 12+ lbs in 2 days isn't possible without surgery of some kind Grin

LOL, I am not an accountant for nothing! +4 exactly, so that's 12pm needing to be shifted. Feck. I will also go for a pound a week, so needs moving by the time we go to P aris.

Hope there are not too many nasty surprises elsewhere.

Oh, and dd2 weighs exactly 2 stone, so I originally lost 2 of her, which is pretty amazing. I CAN do it again Smile

So that's a whole stone to lose by my birthday, can definitely do it this time

Well done on your excellent prediction crispy, just a shame it was not wildly inaccurate. It prob won't make you feel any better but it does make me feel better that I'm not the only one who's put on so much recently. Although you did manage to lose 2 more stone than me before the relapse Shock

I am +5.5 so I have only managed to lose 2lbs in a whole feckin year!!

Have got to get myself in gear and will also vow to try and lose a pound a week in honour of hots birthday and crispy's trip!

Ok Hots we have 12 weeks to lose a pound a week! We will do it!! I have checked my BMI and although u guys think I am thin the BMI doesn't Hmm

Must have heavy bones!!!

Now I know it is someone's birthday this weekend and we have all had a rough week so I reckon that we try and be as good as we can this weekend but from Monday it's all guns blazing!!

We are Hot Mamas and we rock!!!

I reckon i am pretty much bang on evens from last year, although it took me 6 months to get to my lowest from there . 3 months may be pushing it, especially as i shall be enjoying some lovely celebratory food and drink for the next 48hrs - I like Monday blazing idea Grin

Crisps hope you have a lurvely birthday weekend. To have lost what you lost & have one year on be even stevens is pretty damn good!

hotster du pots the 12 week runup to your birthday is the perfect chunk of time. Eyes on the prize, missus.

I have been running like a mad thing, don't want to overdo it and risk wrecking some essential bit of me feet (e.g. Achilles) or something so want to be careful but committed. I am doing the 45 min runs slowly, only 9 or 9.5 where normally I've been doing 10.5 which I think is too fast for someone of my leg-stumpage.

Tell you what, if I could chop off a bit of my body it would be the boobs. Probably lose a stone and would make running VERY EASY. Angry

Also, given limited childcare, my options are usually exercise or work so while this week has been ok, from next week will be more of a challenge. Ho hum.

Ok I have managed 20km on bike yesterday and today. Figured that if I did my exercise an hour after taking my cold and flu tabs I would feel ok Hmm

Tis me again bet u all getting bored of a one girl's post!!

Managed another 20km on bike, 200 sit ups and a Sunday dinner consisting of peas,broc,Brussels and a teany weeny bit of stuffing!!

I'm trying but really not hard enough as scales continue to go upwards and not downwards Blush... sudden extra weight gain after exercising properly for over two weeks [clutching at straws]

Have had two big buns and some lasagne today, and am going to crack open a bottle of wine in a minute. Today is the first day in a week that I have felt anywhere near normal so am just having one last fat day and it's back on the bike etc tomorrow. Did do quite a lot of tidying up this afternoon, but don't think that'll have worked off even one of the buns...

I'm the same as I was fri despite my best intentions. Just taken dd2 swimming and will bike hopefully after lunch. Still v achy but as no temp onwards and downwards hopefully!!
