I've been SO in the mental zone for the last 18 days, and I've lost 6lbs, but that was in the first week. Not a gram lost in the last 10 days.

Wonder if the last 4lbs will drop off in the next 12 days. I could not have been any 'gooder'

Right, Twitter. You join and then you follow people. You will want to follow me obv, then search for @ipodge and follow them. A bit later you might also want to follow @icod and other MNers. You can find people to follow by looking at other peoples follow lists.

Once you're following someone you will see all their tweets. A tweet is a short message of 140 characters max. You can post your own tweets but only people following you will be able to read them. Often if you follow someone they will follow you back so this is how you build followers. This is not true of sleb tweeters they NEVER follow you. Another way to be followed OS to be interesting, funny or relevant - people then retweet you (ie send your messages to THEIR followers) who may then start following you. A hashtag is when you put a hash # on front of a phrase that allows people to search or follow a topic so of you click on or search #ipodge you will see all tweets on that topic including people you are not yet following. Follow those people and you will be in the network of #ipodge followers, and use the hashtag and they should follow you.
