@Proteinpudding I’ve been using my pen from March this fortnight now I’ve worked out syringes, it was at room temp for 2 weeks in May lol. I generally think medication tends to lose its efficacy after time as opposed to being outwardly dangerous to take.

I'm not sure.

@kljdslhs877 How have you found using syringes? I’m going to give it a go this week.

Really easy! It feels a bit scary as an 8mm needle feels much bigger but it was fine, nice to more clearly see the amount of liquid.

Did you push air into the cartridge first before drawing out the dose? I’ve read conflicting advice about that?

Lost 2lb this week (normally average much less than that; it’s taken 6+ months to lose 20lb), the efficacy of my March definitely hasn't reduced 🤣

I’ve planned 3 more 3.75mg jabs, 3lbs to go, then need to start maintenance. Not going to lie when it’s this easy I am slipping into a mindset of “just one more lb…” but I can see I’m starting to lose some of my muscle definition now so will reduce dose after these 3.

I’m down 7lb on the scales as of this morning, It’s 2 weeks tomorrow. I can’t believe how easy it is to lose weight. I went back and checked the last time I tried to lose weight (January), and it took me a month to lose 7lb.

Oh wow I didn't know anyone used them that long! I'll have a think about what to do. The fact that I ate pizza yesterday for the first time in ages though (along with larger portions creeping back in generally) has got me thinking that I perhaps need to up my dose after all!
Gradual weight loss I'm ok with, though there's a difference between that and paying all this money for jabs to have no effect...

@Proteinpudding yeah I mean I know I’m not supposed to, it’s obviously against the advice. But my understanding is it’s more about efficacy as opposed to it becoming harmful. And I can report my March jab is still very much working! But I might just have a high risk tolerance 🤣

Honestly I'm just such a rule follower it hadn't occurred to me 😂 good to know you've had success with it.
I'm going to see if I lose any weight this week then make a decision. I do seem to be hungry the last few days though!

I had that for around the first six weeks. I don't think my hunger is actually back to 'normal' though, I think there's an element of the mental habit of wanting a 'treat', as I've got used to the feeling of being on the jabs, that I need to break. But I suppose I don't need to make it harder than it has to be.

I’d quite like an app that combines the Flo app and the Shotsy app. I’m constantly trying to compare the data between the 2 apps to see how much my cycle and MJ interact.

I’ve tried to put all the data into the Apple Health app including my HRT meds but it doesn’t give you a good enough dashboard overlaying all the data to be useful.

Try Voy. My BMI is very similar to yours and they approved me.

Zava approved me for Wegovy pills with a BMI of 25.9. I have use them before for Mounjaro, so not sure if that went in my favour.

I've heard quite a few people say that about Medexpress, that they advertise they will prescribe off label 25-27 but the clinicians who do the actual assessment seem surprised that you're asking. Don't give up hope though, I went with Voy and I was prescribed at BMI 26 (higher than I expected because it was mid afternoon and with clothes/shoes), and no other health conditions. I don't think I've heard of anyone being rejected by voy on this thread.
