June 2026 Mounjaro Starters

Hi all,

Ive bit the bullet and have ordered and been accepted to start mounjaro through Voy.

something I’ve been debating for a while but finally decided to try it. I had a baby last year and have managed the get back down to pre baby weight, but still have a bit extra to lose, I want to lose around 1.5/2st.

I regularly exercise through swimming a few times a week but diet is very up and down hence being at a standstill with my weight, so wanted the extra help to create some better relationships with food. I’ll be good all week and then ruin it in a few days with takeaways and snacks!

Nervous but excited!

Wanted to make this thread for anyone else starting their journey soon! Anyone else in the same boat?

What are you typically eating on a normal day everyone?

I think im ready to give up the WLI, as I've had no real loss for weeks now and its so expensive.

However, whilst im on 5mg of MJ, and have decent enough suppression, I am making poor choices so I know its my fault. I seem to have a need for a can of coke everyday, and I still eat chocolate. I need to get back to 3 meals and focusing on protein.

I get you. My choices this week have been dreadful.

My shopping is coming tomorrow so hopefully resetting from them. For me this week its been very much a failure to plan.
