Weekly update
I’m yet to take my 12th dose (0.5 mg ) have stretched it out a couple of extra days was going to jab this morning but the heat lack of sleep and a dicky stomach this morning has delayed me.
so week 12
Height 5ft 7
Sw 12st 7lb
Cw 11st 2lb
week loss 1lb
Gw 11st

Have reordered and received next pen another 0.5mg this time I used new health and paid £75 as new customer.
Had an issue with last supplier Bolt who took a reoccurring payment from my bank after I’d cancelled subscription and without reviewing my progress which I’m still waiting on a refund for.
This week I’ve felt I’m eating regularly still the odd treat ( biscuit or3) ! But I must be in calorie deficit ( I don’t track but am mindful of nutrition) Eating evening meal much later at the moment so going to bed rather full feeling and that usually carries me until late morning /midday the following day so I’m fasting without necessarily trying to.

Hope everyone is doing well this week and keeping well hydrated.
I’m a summer sun lover but I’m so over these crazy hot temperatures!

Progress update
12th jab 0.5mg
I ended up stretching this dose out and completely missed a week so I was 15 days between 11th and 12th dose. No particular reason for it apart from I felt I was keeping on track and last weeks heat seemed to curb appetite anyway. I’ve done some long walks and more activity this week.
so Sw 12st 7lb
Cw 11st 2.5lb
half pound gain in the 2 week period.
happy where I’m at but will continue to try drop to 11st

Have 4th pen ready 0.5 mg again for next week.

hope everyone is doing ok
can we hear some updates please

1 dose left of 4th month whuch is due today. Last 2 on .5 but hardly any suppression on last werk and found myself snacking. Still 4lb from goal of 10 stone and started on 11 stone. Have ordered next dose up but that will have to be my last one.

Newforthis26 · 20/08/2026 15:11

Been here since the start.
Just finished 4th pen of 2.5
Started at 14st 5lb
This week 12st 4lb
I want another half stone then I'll be happy I've gone from a size 18-14.
I'm scared of upping the dose and it's still working so will stick at it and order another one I think 🤔

Not doing brill here. Started mid may, down around 4-5kg overall (which is proportionate for my size) but had some longer spaces between jabs as I was feeling a bit under the weather, and now my head doesn't feel in the game. Appetite supression is minor, I wouldn't say it's gone completely as I'm sure I'd be hungrier without the jabs, but I'm reaching for chocolate whereas previously I'd find it easy to say no.
I think it's just feeling a bit flat and wanting a 'treat'! Trying to focus more on exercise for the endorphin boost and to find my motivation again!

Good to hear the updates well done all.
I must admit as the weeks go by my head is less focused and I’m letting temptations take over. Trouble is that’s how most dieting and weight control goes for me eventually. Guess that’s why I’ve yo-yoed my whole adult life. Thankfully for me that yo-yo has only been a max of 2 stone up and down over the years so never got too out of control to pull back. I’m pretty happy now to be comfortable in my oldest summer clothes but I’ll never be what I consider thin/skinny or even at mid healthy bmi.
I envy those who can manage to stay a constant weight I’m sure it must take willpower and control.
For all of us trying on this thread keep going.

@Proteinpudding
i totally get how you’re feeling
good luck getting back on track

Proteinpudding · 20/08/2026 21:42

Thanks @dodgeThePot , I have been to an exercise class tonight so I'm glad I've done something towards it today! I think a bit like you, my enthusiasm has waned, though I have to remind myself I'm 3 months in and that's far longer than I've managed a calorie deficit before. I think the change in weather hasn't helped, somehow it's so much easier to want strawberries, and chicken salads, when it's sunny!
On the plus side I haven't gained, so I'm going to keep trying to make little shifts and hope they add up.
