New thread!

Feel like the old thread has been quiet recently so let’s kick off by sharing our NSVs…

Mine is finally retiring a pair of jeans that looked comically big on me. They were too tight to wear at the start of MJ. And also my youngest asked me why my top was ‘hanging’ the other day which made me laugh and think I really do need to get shopping.

With the recent heatwave, I’ve been struggling with having no clothes to wear to work. Decided to bite the bullet and did an online credit card order in the half price sale at one of my go to shops for work dresses (I don’t buy clothes often). Ordered everything in ten and twelve and all the tens fit perfectly! I’m sure Crew Clothes are vanity sizing but I had their dresses in 14s and 16s before! Ordered 3 different dresses and one skirt and they all look great. Such a nice feeling. I am reliant on a padded bra as my boobs which were small before are now small AND flat - but with clothes on I feel great 😊

How is everyone doing? Are we all still here and losing/maintaining?

I had to go to the GP this week and she needed some information for the scan she was referring me for. She asked if I knew my BMI. I looked it up on my nutra check app. 22.2. An ideal BMI she said 😊

@KizzyKoala A BMI of 22.2 is amazing! I’m still here 🖐️ I started at the end of November 2026. I’ve lost 46kg/ 7st 3lbs which is 60% of my aim. I’m on holiday at the moment and not only did I not have to ask for a seat belt extender, but I had to tighten my belt! My weight loss has slowed recently but I was kind of expecting it would as I got closer to goal. I’m on newly on 7.5mg and that seems to have kick started things a bit.

Wow! That is amazing. It must be awesome feeling so different. You’ve done exceptionally well to have lost so much without going up more through the doses too. Hope you have a lovely holiday.

Thats great! I have been maintaining within a lb or 2 either way for a couple of months, BMI 19.5-20 pretty much.

Need a lot of new clothes but just picking up bits as I when I need them at the moment. Have a wedding soon so need something for that. New bras are mega costly, new size is 30GG so cant even buy cheap ones.

Not complaining, I feel so much better.

I’m still here plodding along. Slowly losing on 7.5mg. I’m dropping to 5mg soon though to move fully into maintaining. I’ve given myself a target weight of half a stone, rather than one set point, so I can gain a couple without beating myself up. I’m 4lb off the lowest part of that currently.

It’s a similar situation here @Springbaby2023. Well done on getting to maintenance.
I’ve been aiming for a healthy bmi with a bit of wiggle room. Currently my bmi is 24.5 and I weight 66.9kg.
I went up to 6.9ml to try and kickstart things as I was kind of stuck not losing anything, or losing then regaining for a few weeks. However, my diet is terrible now as I’ve just gone off food except cereal. Anything I eat that I have previously liked is just meh and I’m put off eating it again. And I feel like I need a good meal. So needless to say I’m going back down and I think I’ll have to go onto maintenance as I can’t live with this feeling, it’s not fun. So I guess this is my final weight, which I’m fairly happy with.

Hi Blue thanks for checking in, good to hear how you’re doing. Cutting down on alcohol like that will be doing you so much good, and that’s an amazing achievement.
I’ve read other people saying they’re craving alcohol less too.

My stats:
SW 15 st 8 (BMI 36.3)
CW 11 st 11(BMI 27.4)
GW 10 stone 9 normal BMI

I have gone up dose a little bit because I’d been stalled for ages, and I’ve had a little whoosh this morning but won’t trust it til it stays!

I had left a longer gap between ordering this time and a couple of pharmacies wouldn’t prescribe for me again. I had a little panic but medexpress agreed, phew.

I have had a LOT of comments lately so I guess it’s really showing. It feels like virtually everyone I see now says something. I don’t hate it!

We were similar starting weights but you've lost more than me already. You must be feeling fantastic.
