Feel like the old thread has been quiet recently so let’s kick off by sharing our NSVs…

Mine is finally retiring a pair of jeans that looked comically big on me. They were too tight to wear at the start of MJ. And also my youngest asked me why my top was ‘hanging’ the other day which made me laugh and think I really do need to get shopping.

Ooh this threads gone quiet! 🤔 I took my first jab of 12.5mg on Tuesday night. It’s currently doing the trick for me in terms of feeling full quickly and not being massively hungry. Hope it lasts some time longer than previous doses. 🤞

I am seemingly quietly but happily maintaining on just under 2.5. I do seem to be feeling hungrier in this crazy weather though. I stopped all puddings/sweets when I started the jabs so no ice cream. Making the most of ice lollies though!

Yes I have felt hungrier too but I wonder if its because I am more dehydrated. I still cant eat that much but definitely feeling hungrier. I havent been eating well as its too hot so snacking more. Hopefully next week can get back to normal more.

I was chatting to my boss today and she said that her food noise has come back but that she does still get full quickly. I loved nit having the food noise but hopefully I can adjust and not put the weight back on.

Its strange now I am at my goal weight, well actually nearly a stone under, as I dont feel like I am that thin, but obv other people comment, I need smaller clothes and I can see in photos, but if I have a bad day, or feel bloated then I am convinced I have put on loads of weight.

I went away for a week and put on 5lb!!! Can’t believe it. I didn’t even eat that differently.

I was hoping to try continue to lose another 10lb to take my BMI to 22 but my boobs are already looking very sad and sorry for themselves 😆 so I may have to accept that it’s time to focus on maintaining.

I’m going to stick to 2.5mg to maintain - I’m not sure what happens when we tell the pharmacy we’re maintaining - has anyone done this yet?

I chose a pharmacy that supports maintenance so hopefully will continue on without issues.

Yeah i have just carried on ordering and my BMI is 19, no questions asked other than why am I not ordering regularly and I just said I have a stock pile

I have only just started ordering less often, think maybe 7/8 weeks but not sure that will always be ok

Well it will be but not at 5mg perhaps, Lotus allow breaks of 6 months but if longer than 8weeks have to go back to 2.5mg in some cases
