I have just had to return a top to Zara as it was too big - the joy 😂

Woohoo!! This is a victory indeed!! 👏

Down another 2lb... so technically my BMI is 0.2 over "normal"?!?! 25.2. Sooooo close! Had the odd experience yesterday of bumping into a neighbour in the street who I've not seen in AGES and she was aghast at how much weight I've lost... like actually scolded me?!? Very weird. I think that possibly says more about her than me... Most people have either said nothing or been positive and complimentary.

Ahhh the jealous acquaintance who likes someone being fatter than them!! Enjoy your success and ignore the neighbour. It’s a them problem!!

2026istheyear2 · 14/08/2026 09:54

No idea why but have dropped 4.7 pounds this week - assume it might not stick but it’s weigh day so will take it! 1.7 pounds from a healthy BMI 😀

Onbdy · 14/08/2026 10:30

A pound off for me this week, 59 pounds so far, hoping to be in the 11s next week!🤞8 pounds to go until an overweight BMI. Not that I pay too much attention to this as I am short with massive boobs. I’m comfortably fitting into a size 12. My plan is another 21 pounds and then I’ll see how I feel then.

HollywoodTease · 14/08/2026 11:10

Was definitely only water weight, nipping on my rather dodgy old bathroom scales this morning I saw 11st 13! Didn't believe it so I got my "official" weigh-in scales out to check. They only weigh in kg, but putting that into an online converter....... 🥹

Only 0.75kg to go to my next target, 4kgs until I am overweight rather than obese and only 3lbs to a 4-stone loss. I haven't been in the 11s since 2011!

I have been struggling with a post-festival lurgy all week and feeling pretty crap but this has cheered me right up!

Sad to be back from hols 😭 Waiting till tomorrow morning to check the scales 😂🙈

BeWildPearlFish · 15/08/2026 12:03

I've stalled here for a few weeks, no loss but no gain either. With holidays and one thing and another I've had a few meals and nights out so not gaining is realistically a win.
From now though I'm on track

SW 13ST
CW 9ST 11.5lb

Hi I’m new here. Started at the end of January weighing 12st 10 and wigged myself today 10stone 2 and almost a healthy weight at 25.1 bmi . I only took 5ml for three weeks as the side effects weren’t worth it so have been mostly taking 2.5 ml. Anyone else doing the same ?

It is super slog going here. I was 99.5kg last week, then bam....period and its back up again. But all in all it has been going back anf forth over 100-102kg for the last 4 months.

I was up at 15,g and had 0 suppression, so I went back to 5mg adn used will power. but since then, nothing ad I am so horribly hungry all the time

GreenLemonade · 16/08/2026 13:29

I stalled for over 3 weeks (not surprising, this included a 10 day holiday), then suddenly lost 3.5lb. In total, I lost 30% of my body weight, almost 4 stones or 55lb this year and I’m now below my initial goal weight. I’m a pound shy of my revised goal. These numbers are staggering, I never thought this would be possible.

I need to seriously start thinking about maintenance. A part of me wants to keep going because it’s so addictive seeing smaller and smaller numbers on the scale. I realise I don’t need to lose more, I look good at BMI 22 but the mindset shift from losing to maintaining is surprisingly tricky. First world problem really, again something that I didn’t think I would have!

Lovingtheglitter · 17/08/2026 10:11

After being stuck on the same weight for 3 weeks I have lost 4lbs today when I weighed. A total of 4 stone 2 lbs in total and I’ve gone through the next stone bracket! Woop Woop!!

glutenisthedevil · 17/08/2026 10:43

Still plodding away over here. Weight loss is definitely slowing and I've been stuck in the 12s for 2 months now. A few weeks ago I was only a few pounds off moving into the 11s and was so looking forward to seeing a new stone bracket on the scales, but instead I put a pound on last week. 1.5lbs off this week so hopefully it's going in the right direction again.

SW: 16 stone 6lbs
CW: 12 stone 1.5lbs

8books · 17/08/2026 14:12

Amazing losses!! Well done all.

Weighed this morning after my 15 day hols in Orlando and I’m up 3 lbs. Not as bad as I expected. Lots of walking, a fair bit of ice cream and a whole ton of ultra processed carbs 😂

Need a detox and hopefully it will disappear again! Sad to be back over 10st, but happy with how I look/fit clothes.

SW 81kg (12st 11lbs)
CW 63.9kg (10st 1lbs)
GW 60kg (9st 6lbs)
5’7”

HollywoodTease · 18/08/2026 09:47

Weigh-in #31

SW. 99.9kg
Next GW. 75kg (25% of start weight lost)
CW. 76.1kg
Loss 23.8kg (52.3lbs)

So the 11-13 didn't stick 😭 but I've still removed the gain from last week plus a bit more. I was expecting things to slow down now to be honest, so I'm going to keep plodding on 7.5 for at least another month.

I haven't stalled, I've been up and down for the last month but it's still an overall loss so I'll take it!

8books · 18/08/2026 11:58

@HollywoodTease you’ve done so well!! That’s an incredible amount of weight to lose 👏

Sympathies though.

FrostyFlo · 19/08/2026 15:52

I've had a whoosh ( which I know isn't one really although I've no idea why it happens,)
not ate less , not drank less yet 2lb down over night .
I'm still celebrating it as I've had a plateau for weeks and losing slowly ( on Wegovy )
and loss now is 4 stone which sounds better if I say 56 lbs .
I'm trying to imagine 112 packs of butter ! 😂

8books · 20/08/2026 08:35

Morning - since Monday I’ve dropped 2 of the 3lbs I put on during holiday 👏 Back under 10st at 63kg (9st 13lbs).

Total weight loss is 40lbs, so 80 packs of butter, which sounds enormous 😂

I had 60kg (9st 6lbs) as my original GW, but I don’t think I need to lose more weight overall.

I have a small tummy pooch I’d like to get rid of and need to tone my upper thighs!! I have no idea how to do either, so turning to my friend ChatGPT for a plan.

Is anyone else close to the end of their loss journey and thinking of maintenance?

Hettar · 20/08/2026 11:56

Hi everyone. Another update from me.

SW: 17 st 10 lbs
CW: 12 st 6 lbs
GW: 11 st
Total loss: 74 lbs

Slow going for with just a 1 lbs loss in 2 weeks. I don't think it's the medication which is still working ok. I'm not planning on increasing it from the 3.75 I'm on. I've increased my calories as I've started weight lifting in July and wanted make sure I'm getting enough food.

The interesting thing is that my body shape is changing for the better despite not showing big losses on the scales. This has meant I've had a to have a rethink on how I feel. I'm so used to seeing losses on the scales every week and now I'm not. But when I look in the mirror I look better.

My friends, as much as I love them, are still going on about not losing anymore. They keep asking me when I'm going to stop. I'm not in a hurry to stop. I still have fat to lose and even when I reach my goal I may stay on a micro dose for a while. I want to have then best chance to maintain this so am taking it slow. I'm being polite and listening to them.

Can everyone please keep updating the progress. This thread has been a great help to me and to others.

Onbdy · 21/08/2026 07:18

Another 1.5 off for me this week and into the next stone bracket. 60.5 in total. I am on 7.5 but thinking about going up to 10, (8.25 initially) I’m still getting good suppression but I’d like to be losing a bit more. I will probably need to stop completely after Christmas (planned surgery) so I’d like to be maintaining by then. Has anyone else moved up to 10 yet, what have your experiences been?

Ralphiesaurus · 21/08/2026 10:25

I'm still on 7.5mg so can't advise unfortunately. Have just noticed on my NHS record that my GP practice has updated my weight and BMI info a few times (not every time) probably from my Medexpress info. This is quite cool because it now "officially" shows I have an almost normal BMI! Go me!

I've had similar, @Hettar with some friends urging me not to lose any more weight. They have also been surprised when I tell them I am still technically "overweight". I do wonder if they are so used to seeing me a particular size that their perception is a bit skewed?

@Onbdy I went up to 10mg for about 3/4 weeks. I didn’t feel good at that level (vomiting when brushing my teeth mainly). I only increased my dose because I was impatient. I came back down to 7.5mg and it feels right again.

Remember everyone is different though, so try it and see how you get on. I think it’s sensible to do the in between dose you suggested.

I’m going to do a few more 7.5mg, then 5mg for a bit and think I’ll be long term 2.5mg/1.25mg.

8books · 21/08/2026 11:56

You just sent me running to my NHS app @Ralphiesaurus 😆 I don’t want anyone (including GP) to know I’m on MJ. There’s no record thankfully. I didn’t give my pharmacy permission to share.

My weight on the NHS app is 12kg more than I am now, so they’re fine to update that when I next go in 🤣

GreenLemonade · 21/08/2026 12:08

@Onbdy I went up to 10mg for the last few weeks to break through a plateau and lose those last stubborn pounds. It’s proved a bit much for me, I lost more and faster than I had anticipated. I thought I stuck to my regular eating pattern but I must have been eating less. Another 2lb loss this week and I don’t want to lose any more. I’ll be moving down to 7.5mg next week.

Well done for your 80 packs of butter .

I'm 4 stone in and the same to go so a long way from being close to the end .
