1 kg loss for me this week. Very happy with that.

SW: 135 kg
MJSW: 128.7 kg
CW: 107.7 kg
Loss: 1.0 kg
Total loss: 27.3 kg

FrothyCothy · 01/07/2026 13:32

New low for me today since starting - though did some measurements which were less favourable - I think I struggle to measure in the same place each time

SW 111kg
CW 96.75kg
-14.25kg or just over 31lb

I would really like to be under 95kg for the end of July - that would put me at 14st something which I haven’t been since mid-2020. Looking back at my stats, 2020 is when the wheels really came off 😆

glutenisthedevil · 01/07/2026 16:04

Just catching up with the thread. Sorry to read your update @bookwormcrazy x

goldylock · 01/07/2026 17:15

@bookwormcrazy I'm very sorry to hear this :(

8books · 02/07/2026 07:48

Scale moved again this morning 👏 Hoping that’s the end of the month-long stasis 😂

SW 12st 11lbs
CW 10st 2lbs
GW 9st 6lbs
5’7”

37lbs down

8books · 02/07/2026 13:59

Just had my photo taken at an event and I’m at end of the row. The person used a wide angle lens to fit everyone in and I look massive 😭 I know I’m not as big as the photo looks, but fuck that’s depressing.

I am 5,7, and if I was 10 stone 2, I'd be like a stick.

Are you sure you're not looking at the pic through an old (or altered) lense?

FrothyCothy · 02/07/2026 20:35

I think it takes a long time for your brain to catch up with your eyes. I was looking at pictures of when I was a similar weight to what I am now and I think i looked much, much smaller than I do now - but logically I can’t be that much different! I’m sure you looked great @8books !

recruitretain · 02/07/2026 22:28

Well I finally made it to the half way point
had a target of 10 stone and I have now breached the 5stone barrier to be half way to my target
started Jan 21st 2026 lost nearly all of it on 2.5mg MJ
but last week finally moved up after being stuck on 65 pounds for a while and having food noise again
the 5mg has totally stopped that now and I’m back losing again
it’s changed my life, my blood test this week has shown huge improvement since my last one in January
feel so happy and proud tonight

Incredible work @recruitretain you certainly should be proud of yourself!

I carried a 14kg sack of dog food home today, up a hill. It was hard work! My mind is completely blown by the fact that I have lost not 14kg but 25kg. Gave me a new found respect for that fat old body of mine. Stronger than I gave it credit for. It is certainly happy not to be lugging all that weight around any more though!

I tried to lift a 32kg dumbbell at the gym

couldn’t do it

made me really reflect on what MJ has helped me achieve

Onbdy · 03/07/2026 07:15

1.5 off for me this week, pleased with that after my holiday. 47.5 in total.

thefluffycat · 03/07/2026 07:16

Well done everyone!

I’ve just hit a 4 stone loss!

I’m now 10 stone 5 with only 6lbs to go until I hit my target! I’m still on 2.5.

MJ is a miracle. I’ve done nothing differently to what I tried last year pre MJ. I’m hoping the new HRT I’m on will help me to maintain once I come off as I’ve heard that the progesterone tablets (that I was on previously) can be the issue.

ThisAmusedPoet · 03/07/2026 08:12

I finally broke my plateau! Only 5 weeks long argh. But seems like the move up to 10mg has been the game changer and I feel like I haven’t restricted too much. Also no negative side effects - the move to 7.5mg was worse than this.

officially over 20kgs down now and only around 5kg more to go until GW.

SW 1/1/26 - 93.3kg
Jan (2.5mg) 86.5kg -6.8kg
Feb (5mg) 82.5kg -4kg
March (5mg) 79.4kg -3.2kg
April (7.5mg) 75.6kg -3.8kg
May (7.5mg) - 74kg -1.6kg
June (7.5mg) 73.6kg -0.4kg
MJ25 3/7 (10mg) 72.4kg -1.2kg

GW: 68kg
Total loss: -20.9kg

HollywoodTease · 03/07/2026 16:48

NSV today.

Been shopping for jeans/shorts in the sale sections.

Size 14!
Asda £6 skinny fit comfortably.
Matalan £11 straight fasten with quite a bit of muffin top
Matalan £8 slim fit comfortably.
Tesco £4.50 slim not quite there yet, the button is about an inch away from fastening.

Did I mention size 14?!!!

Also ordered more new bras as my 36HH (down from 38J) are starting to ride up at the back. I've ordered a 34HH and a 34H from the brastop sale range 🤞

Glad to see everyone keeping on keeping on, well done all of us!

glutenisthedevil · 05/07/2026 16:28

Not sure if anyone else weighs on a Sunday but it's that time of the week for me. 2.5lbs off (53 in total) and only 3lbs away from 4 stone.

I'm still a few stones off target but already I don't feel self conscious anymore, I carry myself differently, have so much more confidence and, most importantly, I can keep up with my kids. MJ really is life-changing.

Ralphiesaurus · 06/07/2026 17:11

So after randomly losing 3lb the other day I put it back on again?!??! No idea what is going on other than menopause, heatwaves, water retention etc. Trying not to stress about it... one of the coolest things for me about MJ has generally been feeling less stressed all round about food and weight and size etc.

Went for lunch with a friend who hasn't seen me for a few months though and she said I was looking "thin". Given that my BMI is still 26.5 I don't think that's quite accurate (!) But I obviously look thinner than I used to...!

CatNoBag · 06/07/2026 17:53

I'm finally home for a good stretch of time after 2-3 months of flitting back and forth, where I've managed to maintain at around 12.6 (up and down between 12.5lbs and 12.7lbs one day to the other) despite quite a lot of stress (and some downtime that involved good bakeries!). I got home at the end of last week with the intention of getting properly unpacked, laundry done and put away, house tidied etc ready to hit the ground running and get back to it with diet and exercise today... only to find the washing machine has died and I've instantly gone down with a cold.

Hey-ho, I can at least make an attempt at the diet part and I'm also finding that I can fit into clothes I haven't worn in a long long time, so that's good. Planning on selling a load of stuff on Vinted over the next few weeks - some that are clothes I kept because they fit but gave me no joy, some that didn't fit but now that they do I'm coming to realise I won't wear, because I don't attend that many garden parties/days at the races/cocktail bars no matter what my size😂

HollywoodTease · 06/07/2026 19:58

I'm at a gig tonight.

I'm out of the house in size 14 jeans! I also just bought a medium t-shirt. That may be a bit optimistic right now, but soon..... Very soon......

HollywoodTease · 07/07/2026 10:16

Weigh in day for jab #25

SW 99.9kg
CW 78.95lg

Loss this week 1.2kg (2.64lbs) so moving a little quicker now the 7.5 has kicked in properly I think!

Very happy at the moment. Suppression is good, energy is good and I have lost 21% of my starting weight!

8books · 08/07/2026 08:57

27 weeks into my MJ journey and I’m sloooooowly moving forward 🐌

SW 12st 11lbs
CW 10st 1lbs
GW 9st 6lbs
5’7”

38lbs (17kg) gone. I’d hoped to reach my goal by end July, which isn’t achievable (after a month-long plateau in June!!) so I’ll focus on end August instead!

Hope everyone is enjoying wearing summery clothes. I dreaded the hot weather for a long time, so it’s nice to have more clothes choices now. Well done Winter me 😂

8books · 08/07/2026 09:03

“you’ve already removed the equivalent of a very heavy suitcase from your body.” 🧳

Thanks ChatGPT 😂

Hettar · 09/07/2026 15:51

Hi everyone.

It's my 6 month anniversary.

I'm still on 3.75 mg and the suppression is ok. I still feel hungry at times but can stop eating quite easily.

The weight loss has stalled in the last 2 weeks. I thinks it's due to me starting weight lifting. My diet hasn't changed at all but I think my body is getting used to the lifting.

SW: 18-10
CW: 13-2
GW: around 11 stone

Total loss of 64 pounds.

Onbdy · 10/07/2026 08:30

3 pounds off for me this week which is the most I’ve lost since week 1. 50.5 so far now, size 14s are now getting too big so I’ve bought some 12s on Vinted. I’ve bought some H cup bras too but not quite there yet! 😂 This is my first week of properly being on the full 7.5 dose.

FrostyFlo · 10/07/2026 08:57

Are any of you not losing , even gaining a lb or two , I m not eating any more and can only put it down to the weather and maybe a bit of fluid retention due to the heat ?
I'm a bit peed off with it tbh .
