We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

I’ve been on 12.5 for a really, really long time. I went back up for some reason and then got stuck as I kept leaving accidentally long gaps.

FurForksSake · 18/09/2026 20:48

I’ve just done the videos for oushk for a fifth time. They are being very annoying.

ive also done mmp to see if that works.

I always find this so stressful.

sorry to hear of poor lines a.

get well soon!

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/09/2026 21:42

I have fibromyalgia and my brain does not work. Working full time is killing me.

i also find i have to find a moment when I won’t be disturbed in the kitchen and that can be hard during the day and then im exhausted by 9.30 when ive got the kids to bed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/09/2026 08:47

Ah. I jab usually Fri am once I wake /after I have had a wee

Tho have the odd Thur night

why undisturbed ? It takes literally seconds to do

tho I do rem the first few weeks /months and we would read instructions - take it slow and now its twist and jab and done in like 5/10 seconds

Cor, I've never forgotten to Jab, I still love jab day, and i like the week 5 playing with syringes.. Ive gone 8 days or 9 days before cos my supression was still high, but it was normally every monday, Im on thursdays now as did a few 6 days a while ago.. shall be going back to mondays soon.

FurForksSake · 19/09/2026 10:59

My boys don’t know I’m taking it and would be quite freaked out and are often in the vicinity of the kitchen. I keep it in the fridge.

oushk have approved my verification so hopefully they’ll send me the pen I paid for. And if mmp approve me I will start buying 7.5 from them every 35 days.

Weighed in this morning and back down to 8st2, so any summer weight is gone.

I hope I can stay around this ready for Christmas snacking and calories.

Amazing! I am still on 10 and not got back to my preferred weight of 8st 7 but got my parathyroid op next Friday. Apparently the condition can make it hard to lose weight..we will see!
