We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Just contacted Swift Doctor on What's App. Part of my message: As you must be aware people sometimes alter the frequency of dosing ie every 5 days or even up to every 10 days. What is the gap between orders please?
Their answer is every 8 weeks. 10 mg costs £249 with free p&p. Think I am going to swap now. They answered straightaway on WhatsApp 👍 PS go on Monji to get £10 off code for Swift

Pharmoulous say 7/8w but a sure fire 8 is better as ideally I want to get back to 5 off a 10

thl struggling on 10 at the moment. Get major food noise for naughty crisps and biscuits etc

but gonna enjoy holiday - round pool with biscuits lol - and then knuckle down again and hopefully get back to low end of ballpark

but even as they do free postage

can you messsge me their number please

think you have my mobile via pm ages ago

thanks

and I tried some powder yonks ago but but haven’t for ages had any - was for muscles I think @FurForksSake

stipp on iron tablets. I did stop but the. Was so tired again as blood dropped I went back on it

I’ve gone back to iron tablets too, I take it with vitamin c. I’m trying to take psyllium husk and magnesium for the constipation.

we did a 7.5 mile walk yesterday so I’m hoping that counteracts some of the ice cream!

I’ve tried to buy (we are in a cottage in Snowdonia) single serve packages of things instead of big bags, definitely helps with eating and a natural end point helps to think about an appropriate portion and stops the inertia as I’d have to get up and get another. Also dh has been putting all the chocolate in the fridge and I don’t like cold chocolate and that helps too!

Azuresky68 · 07/08/2026 14:33

@FurForksSake I tried physillium husk (cheapest from Amazon) but be careful it can give you tummy ache.
Was using lactulose but my friend who is a nurse said it was very old fashioned. Asked my doctor and he recommended Strigol 13.72g sachets which dissolve in water plus Senocot. Things have improved and no more tummy aches

Azuresky68 · 07/08/2026 14:37

@Blondeshavemorefun I haven't got your mobile but we have private messaged. Easier to put on here. Just got to SwiftDoctor's website and a WhatsApp icon pops up. I messaged with a few questions and they got back really quickly 👍

FurForksSake · 07/08/2026 15:03

I’ve been taking psyllium husk for yonks. I love it as it’s capsules and I’m very funny with flavours. I have terrible ibs so tummy aches are my normal!

Interesting you can get capsules. I tried powder mixed with water...not great!

Azuresky68 · 08/08/2026 09:08

Pharmulous queried my 8 week gap so hopefully will approve after my reply, then going to change to Swift Doctor, so I can order every 8 weeks worry free.

Azuresky68 · 11/08/2026 09:26

Just a quick heads up re Pharmulous. I got them to approve my order..8 week gap, after a polite but assertive message..i am excellent at complaining. Definitely switching over to Swift Doctor now as they explicitly state a gap of 8 weeks is allowed. Pharmulous has asked me to submit a video weight verification before my next order.

FurForksSake · 11/08/2026 09:46

Thanks for the heads up. I’m so nervous about switching that hira will be able to retire from me 🫣

morbidcuriosity · 11/08/2026 10:33

Do you know what the video is. Is it a video call with them or film yourself on the scales type thing. . I cant be dealing with video calls, just cant be arsed with it to be honest..

Im gonna have a problem next time as will be a massive gap. But worry about that later. In theory I have 26 weeks worth in my fridge. If I can carry on with the lower dose.

morbidcuriosity · 11/08/2026 10:39

Ive just realised 26 weeks is bloody ages. Like till February. Really hope that I can survive on 5mg . The 6.25 is going OK so far for me..

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/08/2026 16:58

Oh to have 7mths stash @morbidcuriosity

yhe video is in front of a mirror with you stepping on scales and showing weight

so tech could have big heavy dumbbell in back pocket if want to nudge weight up 😜

I’m away and in a bikini for the first time in 10yrs +. Decided a brown flabby loose skin tummy looks better then a white flabby loose skin tummy.

I will end up gaining this holiday, but I will sort it out once home as we all know easier to lose 7 lbs than 7st

i just want junk stuff - really have good noise ffs

i don’t know whether to go to 12.5 / gulps at price - to try and shift what I gain so have a month ish of new one

then back down to maintain

will look for another provider if I dodo get huge discount / I hope lol

then maybe try Swift for a def 8w

I just had to weight in for oushk. 8st9/10. So 8lbs over my target number. I’ll weigh naked first thing to see if it’s much lower. I’ve just injected. I realised I injected last Saturdays so gone 10 days again. I need to go back to 7 days ahead of starting to use my 10s. I’m on 12.5 still.

im reminding myself I’ve been on holiday and not been too closely watching what I eat for a few weeks. I had a sack of maltesers yesterday. I’d like to get back to under 8st5 and hover. I am pleased I’ve caught it though.

PoemsForTea · 11/08/2026 18:57

My last order from Medicine Marketplace was new pen so only 4 weeks. So stretching days doing 8/9 see how it goes. Might do a monj search for a cheap mth. Daughter starts uni in Sept so finances gonna be a bit stretched, even though she has worked and saved too.

Hi all, I've been on this journey with you all from the start but have never posted before. I started out at 84.5 kg dropped to 59 kg & am now 60.5 kg my max dose was 15 mg so hardcore & have gradually reduced to 1.25 every 10 days to maintain which worked really well until a change in my Hrt caused weight to start increasing only got to 64.8 kg before going back to 2.5 mg which has brought everything back down & under control again. This is just to say thank you for all the support you have unknowingly provided & I'm sure there are many like me who have stayed silent on this journey & only ever told partner about my jabs but never shared my weight etc. It's a long road but we've all made it😁.

Thanks for popping your head up Koala!
You've done so well, i also struggle with age related/hrt and learning what works now! However i had an orthopedic appt yesterday and the guy dictated his notes in front of me and said 'L is a fit and healthy 54 yr old'. He def would not have said that 2 years ago 😆
Am i at goal? Absolutely not still!! However I thank this medication everyday for how healthy I feel now. (However lumpy 😆) ❤️

morbidcuriosity · 11/08/2026 19:15

It's just 2 old style 10mg pens. But if I can manage on 5mg then yeah 20 weeks out of that. And im 2 x 6.25 into my 12.5 pen now. .

Holidays sound good, I need to get my passport re newed and get myself away too I think.

Thank you, It's been lovely watching everyone's journeys & knowing that we all are navigating this path without feeling alone. Hrt has been my lifeline for over 25 years (now 55) but each time it changes it brings more issues but the jab has helped with my arthritis & other inflammatory issues. We are all amazing & now have to learn to love our new shapes/sizes including the soft wobbly bits😀

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/08/2026 23:24

Def helps arthritis and mine is starting to play up again
