We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

I’m still on 12.5 but will be down to 10 after this pen and then hopefully tapering to 5. Ideally I’ll eventually get to 2.5. My suppression is very up and down. I injected last week Monday and I’ll inject on Friday night or Saturday morning this week as we are going on holiday.

on holiday next week so hoping I’ll get through ok. We are staying remotely so eating in every night and planning lunches or ice creams out. But there should be lots of walking to somewhat offset.

Bmi 24. 100% still switch about to get the discount. Think im.21.5 ish. So sticking . But dropping the dose.has me.at the top of my range. Just hoping I can shave off a.few lb to get me.back in the middle..

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/07/2026 22:58

@FurForksSake good to hear from you! Have a lovely holiday 😘

FurForksSake · 30/07/2026 20:27

i haven’t weighed in weeks. I need to do that when I get back and deal with whatever comes from it.

we went to the zoo on Tuesday (Hertfordshire) and I had one scoop of ice cream and two pieces of pizza. So I felt like I’d been indulgent but actually it was very manageable.

Hi all, I've been on this journey with you all from the start but have never posted before. I started out at 84.5 kg dropped to 59 kg & am now 60.5 kg my max dose was 15 mg so hardcore & have gradually reduced to 1.25 every 10 days to maintain which worked really well until a change in my Hrt caused weight to start increasing only got to 64.8 kg before going back to 2.5 mg which has brought everything back down & under control again. This is just to say thank you for all the support you have unknowingly provided & I'm sure there are many like me who have stayed silent on this journey & only ever told partner about my jabs but never shared my weight etc. It's a long road but we've all made it😁.
