We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

@FurForksSake you will soon lose the weight. I would love to be back to 8 st 5, but currently 8 st 12..that's 25 BMI for a short arse like me! I really dont want to go higher dose...trying to reduce from 10.only due to finances

Azuresky68 · 12/08/2026 20:20

Finally...got last minute appt for back pain tomorrow due to cancellation. It's ablation where they kill off nerves...although they can grow back. Very apprehensive!

FurForksSake · 12/08/2026 20:26

Ooh let us know how that goes. I want that done as I get such bad pain.

I a being very mindful of my eating and how I feel. I definitely can feel the extra 5lbs which feels mad.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/08/2026 23:10

8/7 is fab @FurForksSake

having a great holiday @Azuresky68

Hope tomorrow goes well

8st5 this morning, so it’s definitely going. I’ll keep pushing to get back to 8stz2, I feel like all my weight gain has been in my tummy and it looks so different for a few pounds.

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/08/2026 22:56

Ditto. I have def put weight on this holiday as tummy def more rounded

8st4 this morning, so right direction. I’d like to get down to 8st2 ish or a little below as I’m going to start my tapering again and want somexhead room!

Azuresky68 · 15/08/2026 09:23

@Blondeshavemorefun Swift is the same price but lets you order every 8 weeks. Hope you are having a wonderful holiday 😊

Azuresky68 · 15/08/2026 09:34

@Blondeshavemorefun @FurForksSake yes my extra few pounds (well 9 pounds to be honest) has all gone on my tummy. Got so much going on at the moment ..health and social stuff, that I am going to try and just maintain 🤞@FurForksSake you are taller than me aren't you, but weigh a lot less. So I can't help comparing! I feel this is a safe place to say that. Completly understand why you are striving to lose that last little bit. You have done so well despite your ongoing health issues. @Blondeshavemorefun you have also done a fantastic job too and looking fabulous 👌

Azuresky68 · 15/08/2026 09:39

@FurForksSake about ablation...the consultant told me it doesn't work for everyone and that it can take up to six weeks to work. Still in pain but staying hopeful 🤞

FurForksSake · 15/08/2026 11:52

fingers crossed azure! Keep us in the loop.

im 5ft2, so not tall but think you might be diddier than me!

FurForksSake · 15/08/2026 20:06

My new 10 from oushk is one of the new pens. Goodbye golden doses!

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/08/2026 21:26

Im pretty sure my recent pen is a new one. I have one dose left for next Fri and pen looks quite empty so will be interesting what the extra is week after

I will look to see who is the cheapest for 10/12.5 and lose whatever I have gained and then maybe swift when back on maintenance

I don’t bother priming at all any more, so maybe I’ll get something out of it? Or maybe take a smidge smaller dose to stretch it out?

Yea I am shrinking...just under 5 ft now..not admitting to that! You look taller in your photos...and very slim too.

FurForksSake · 16/08/2026 15:05

I’m a broken record about it, but I think my issue is probably toned ness. I am waiting for my hip to settle after too much walking to start a weights and exercise bike routine to try and build some tone. Everywhere I’m just soft.

FurForksSake · 17/08/2026 20:53

I’ve been to the gp today and they are referring me to the spinal team to look at all my scans and review me. I pointed out that I’m not overweight, I go to physio and hydro and exercise as much as I can and I take naproxen and gabapentin and I’m still in pain. I’d really like some pain relief. The mj has helped so much in freeing me but I’d really like the pain to stop holding me back. Chairs are the worst. People at work now know in meetings I pace and grimace.

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/08/2026 22:33

Mj def helps with pain - hope spinal team can help

8st3 this morning!

I did ten minutes on the exercise bike and then 20 minutes of weights. I was sweating after that! I’ve subscribed to an app and it was a really easy four exercises repeated three times, I had to do the modifications but I can build up.
