We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

You can tell by just looking at it.. right at the base is it grey or black? The new ones have a black stopper behind the plunger.. sounds like an old one though which is good..

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/07/2026 20:07

I will check when upstairs

I’m guessing old due to date as when started they had 18/24mth often

Azuresky68 · 27/07/2026 16:59

Hiya. Mine has grey stopper and says 4 doses of .6 and 2.4 ml solution that can be administered so guess that means it's the old pen 👍🤞🤔😀

It's a 10. I have got 5 doses from it.

morbidcuriosity · 27/07/2026 18:35

Oh. Thought you just had it delivered. Looked like a new one..

My mistake.. I will see tomorrow what I get. Hope its an old one.

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/07/2026 19:17

They obv have to have some extra to prime

so how much extra is in the new ones if it not the extra golden so .6/7

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 27/07/2026 19:31

Ive heard about 0.2ml left over. . So were used to 0.8 ish. . Ive just got 0.75 ml out my 7.5mg pen as bonus dose..

My original thoughts were as soon as I get a new 10mg pen I will do 5 dose of 8mg. . But I've been on 7.5 for my 4 weeks now, and its just not the same as 10mg. Im finding it harder, but my next thought is 6.25 every 5 days from my 12.5 pen. . See how I go.

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/07/2026 21:17

I agree 7.5 def makes a diff v 10

im more hungry - def eating more crap /crisps etx

sighs

Got my pen. 10mg. Old style so got extra dose in it.
Really hope I can continue on the lower dose as otherwise gonna be so expensive.

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/07/2026 11:39

I went to get back to 5 and was happy there till went to 2.5

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 28/07/2026 12:07

I hope I can get to 5. Gonna try my 6.25 Monday and see how I go on that. Still got the option of 5 days or 6 days, but will try for 7. It's from my 12.5 finally using it so plenty there if I need to do more.

Azuresky68 · 28/07/2026 12:17

Morning ladies. I jabbed my fifth dose from 10 pen. Last dose I went down to 7. The dose yesterday was 10 as I wanted extra boost. Now regretting it as I feel quite sick

Azuresky68 · 28/07/2026 14:49

I think it's time to go down to 7.5. What's everyone else doing? Only heard from @Blondeshavemorefun and @morbidcuriosity recently. Have the rest of you lovely ladies deserted us?

Azuresky68 · 29/07/2026 16:28

Just Googled MJ 10 mg prices. EverydayMeds: £229.99 for new customers (with code FIRST40) or £244.99 for returning buyers (standard price £269.99).Anyone heard of them?

FurForksSake · 29/07/2026 20:01

Nope! I’m still paying whatever oushk ask.

morbidcuriosity · 29/07/2026 20:50

My 10mg was 239.
As my bmi is below 22 now not many places will take me. I could fudge the numbers but for the sake of a few quid im happy to stick with pharmalous.

sorry made you sick @Azuresky68

I think I’m becoming immune to it as eating more bad stuff

Had a look on Monji website...might investigate cheaper options. My BMI is around 24. Not getting weighed until next Monday, but being strict, high protein, low carb and calorie counting.

Azuresky68 · 29/07/2026 21:57

Well done @morbidcuriosity. How about you @FurForksSake?
