We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Aww @Azuresky68 dont be too hard on yourself. You have done so incredibly well and you look fantastic! Have you considered ditching the scales and using a bit of string or a belt around your waist instead? Thats what I plan on doing when I get to my goal. I still have a long way to go though!

And you will get there @MabelSpan. We are still here to cheer you on

Im not sure. I kind of backed off because of hair loss, loose skin and general fed up ness with it all. I am back on it again now but I am not sure how much I want to lose 1-2 stone maybe. But equally I am ok with where I am now. It will all depend on side effects. I have been on 5mg for two weeks but was really sick for two days when I had to take painkillers on Wednesday.
We shall see what happens. Thanks as always for your support @Blondeshavemorefun 😊

Royal Mail tried on Saturday in the narrow window no one was home and didn’t leave it. They must have retried today and just chucked it over the back gate. I’ve been home all day! It was in full sun. It was warm.

Ah, good luck with that.. hope its an old pen for you. Ive decided to do another few weeks of 7.5 before I try any less.. going ok so far. Still under 11 stone but its 10.10 to 10.12 . I keep going back to this weight, cant seem to hold any lower..

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/07/2026 18:28

I seem to be top end of ballpark. Would prefer lower end lol

Hi there. I know the feeling. I stayed around 8 st 5 from August 2025 until January 2026...My body seems to want me back at 9 stone. Been between 11 stone and 9 stone over last 30 years with a blip of 14 stone.
I have struggled on 10 to keep under 9 😫😭 Currently on holiday and was on 10 but feeling awful, after a year on 10 so i jabbed 7 mg yesterday....watch this space 😱

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/07/2026 10:54

It’s weird how our bodies adjust. Mine seems happier at 10.7. I would prefer 10.4

Tho as goal was 11s I know I shouldn’t moan

if I can level myself out after holiday - prob gain this year as last think was on 12.5/15 and was after holiday I started reducing and got to 5 happily. Then 2.5 and went tits up

i def have hunger at 7.5 currently and do eat more.

my year ago pics I look slimmer yet weigh the same /maybe less by 1/2 a stone

@Blondeshavemorefun was your 10 pen a new one or old one? Have you had it delivered yet? .
