We have all been on for heading up to 20mths now- we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health
most of us are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it

And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did
Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots

I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This next year will almost be harder.
To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely - and we are finding it def harder to keep weight off with lower doses

only 2 words to say 😂😂

Hi ladies! Long time no see. I lost the thread months ago and just found you all again. Had a quick scan through and great to see so many achievements and maintainers.

I am 0.8 lbs away from a 9.5st loss and my final, final target. I originally wanted to get to 10 stone and I'm currently at 9st 7.8lbs 😃. Finally in a healthy bmi and a comfortable 8-10. Never thought I'd get here but here we are 😂

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/04/2026 11:27

Waved to @4pink1blue. Lovely to have you back an think you stopped so well done for going alone and not gaining

or did you stay on it and mixes you up

NippyNinjaCrab · 18/04/2026 20:53

Hey all, i lost a half a pound this week, I hadn't been to the loo for 2 days though but i am happy with any loss or sts.

👋 hey @4pink1blue its so good to hear from you! Bloody fabulous news, how are you?

NippyNinjaCrab · 18/04/2026 21:08

Ps has anyone heard from Owlyboo? I often wonder how she is doing with everything x

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/04/2026 21:35

Ya. Well done @NippyNinjaCrab

no to owly

she can find us as anyone can if they want

Azuresky68 · 19/04/2026 09:21

@NippyNinjaCrab every loss counts or STS is still a win! What dose did you start back on..was it 3.75? I was also wondering about Owlyboo 🤔 but like @Blondeshavemorefun said we are still here! The thought of the thread ending completly would be sad as it has been a lifeline!

Gosh being lighter makes exercise easier. We went for a walk and it’s some where we’ve walked frequently over the years. It’s pretty hilly and in the past the hills would have left me out of breath and exhausted. My hip and knee weren’t best pleased but my lungs and heart felt fine! We managed 2.5 miles in an hour which with two kids and taking lots of photos I think was pretty good.

I’ve got plans for salads for this week, too.

i saw a TikTok and it was avocado, cucumber, leaves, cooked chicken, pomegranate seeds. And then a dressing made with pesto, yoghurt and lemon. Might have been some chick peas in there too.

Going back to work has meant a bit more snacking but not proper meals at lunch.

I am trying to move a lot and can see my steps are up. I’m getting 3k most days which is good for me. I’m going to try and edge up to 6k.

I started on 1.25 and at 2.5 now and I will stay with that. Xx

FurForksSake · 19/04/2026 21:56

If you’ve got a watch that tracks calories, how many does it say you burn over a day? Mine is somewhere between 1300 and 1500. I guess it would help maintaining if I can improve it.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/04/2026 23:28

My watch isn’t that posh 😂

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 20/04/2026 12:15

I weighed myself. Highest for a really long time, I’m 6lbs over target. Grief eating and returning to work is my reasoning.

I also missed a dose and that might be part of the reason.

but, I’ll get it back off again.

my tummy isn’t very happy today, I feel super bloated and off.

I’ll be back to tracking and weighing, I haven’t weighed for ages and that doesn’t help me.

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/04/2026 12:30

I thought you weighed weekly @FurForksSake

And if you been eating ok ish you can’t have gained almost half a stone in a week or two

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 20/04/2026 16:00

I think I last weighted two weeks ago. Been a bit busy grieving. And eating apparently.

i am going to weigh daily for a while. See if i can get it back down.

I was really surprised it was that high! Doesn’t feel quite right.

bit then I jabbed Friday after two weeks so maybe I’ve just not noticed what I’m doing?

You are doing a me 😂

grief is a hard thing. Don’t be too hard on self over mil

sure it is a 6lb gain

clothes would be tighter etc

OP posts:
FurForksSake · 20/04/2026 20:11

Clothes do feel a bit tighter but I also feel really bloated and uncomfortable so maybe a bit constipated.

FurForksSake · 20/04/2026 21:49

Dh is trying berberine, he wants mj but he’s got a heart condition, isn’t quite obese and worry he’ll lose muscle. He said today he’s noticed a decrease in his appetite.
