Hi everyone, I’m so pleased to find this thread!! I’ve also jumped on the bandwagon and ordered MJ (2.5) last week, it arrived Weds and I thought there’s no point waiting so did it at 11am, I was very nervous and realised (as a lot of people say) I hardly felt it and was just done within seconds!

GW - 11stone or possibly less if I got there!
CW - I weighed at 2am today (day4) as was woken by the dogs so went downstairs and was 13.01, so really hoping it’s a good loss this week.
I’m not adventurous with the food at all, and like our usual quick and easy dinners or lunches, so this has to be my life changing part, to make more effort for it to be healthy choices and be organised, go food shopping more and plan! I also have a partner and four boys in the house, two are vegetarian as well, so food time is whatever’s quick and easiest after work/school/clubs/training etc etc I’m thinking I may become pescatarian as trying to cut down meat, I’ve had salmon and tuna this week.
Loving all the advice and everyone else’s experience, I’m drinking lots of water too. Need to find time to exercise - I do dog walks often… but should do more…
also, no major side effects, a little headachey here and there, but quite used to that as I look at a computer a lot…
