Oh my goodness, I can’t believe how many of you have experienced stalkers😱. @Jinsit must be incredibly disruptive, and worrying especially coming so out of the blue.
Hope you feel better soon@zempy,rest up.

@DGmaintaining, hope you manage to get an appointment soon.

@meatyryvita🎉🎉amazing, go you! Hope you had a fab trip too!

@HeidiLiteenjoy that sunshine!

@Polkadotdashand @myladyjanesorry to hear you’re both struggling.

Nothing really to report here, a few interviews this week and weight stable. DS had first driving lesson 😱. Nearly the weekend everyone!

Jins · 20/02/2026 14:05

Oushk can Fuck Off.

Nothing else to say at the moment

Zempy · 20/02/2026 14:54

Oh no @Jins. Tell us in your own time what the Oushky Bastards have done to you now…

I am still planning on doing maintenance with them when my stash starts running low…

Jins · 20/02/2026 15:31

They’ve done what they said they wouldn’t @Zempy and queried the spacing I agreed with them many times. I’ve had to promise to take doses every 7 days and discard after 30 days just to get the order tomorrow.

What was the point of paying for a maintenance assessment in January I have to ask?

I’m done with them now. I had a positive response from WePrescribe so I’m going to fill out their forms and see what happens

Zempy · 20/02/2026 16:01

Oh that’s annoying.

I think they have a plan where you pay a small retainer each month and just order as and when you like, but possibly it’s not that simple in practice…

Jins · 20/02/2026 16:49

I suspect you’d be limited to 2.5mg but I’m not there just yet.

There’s only so much messing around I can take

Jins · 21/02/2026 07:56

My 7.5mg pen should arrive today which is a relief and it will hopefully be my last with Oushk until I can join their flex plan. This last prescriber refused to budge even after seeing the previous correspondence. We prescribe have replied positively and their ratings look ok so I’ll try them.

Off to York tomorrow so it’s laundry day so I’ve got enough warm clothes to take. DH wants to go to Bettys for his birthday breakfast and I think that sounds like something I can get behind. Florentine for breakfast sounds like a plan

DH visited MIL yesterday and she’s fading fast. She’s very well cared for and comfortable which is good. No news from brother which is also good. Nothing from mad ex which is excellent.

PrepossessingPenelope · 21/02/2026 08:25

Morning everyone.

Morning @jins have a good trip to York.

I'm off to there today, a few errands to run and finishing my day with meeting my friends in the Rise for dinner. I'm considering joining a new spa in the city centre, having a look round later too, not sure about it really as I would only go there once a week which means it would be an expensive endeavour .... but I am worth it I think. 😎

Tomorrow I am not doing anything, not one thing - well that's my plan anyway.

Ordering sounds painful, I found Oushk great at the beginning but pathetic during the pendemic and I left them shortly thereafter.

Weighed in today and I have STS which is OK isn't it, I have eaten out quite a lot this week, also had bread most days 😫and pasta, I don't eat either of them much. I've decided I would probably like to lose another 7-10lb just because I seem to be in between clothes sizes in a lot of places, but we shall see, I am not planning on using MJ right now, just seeing how I go.

Have a good weekend all.

HeidiLite · 21/02/2026 08:32

I'm on the beach in Fujairah. Kids playing in the sea with their cousins and DH went diving.
And I can't even express how absolutely lovely it is to be without those extra stones. Life is so much more comfortable. I'm not as hot. Nothing is digging in. No chub rub. Not to mention i actually like the way I look for a change! Not immediately deleting all photos like I usually do.
I do expect some weight gain after a week of restaurant food but it will go again.

OP posts:
DGmaintaining · 21/02/2026 08:51

STS the same sounds good @PrepossessingPenelope has it been two weeks now since your last jab? Enjoy York today and enjoy doing nothing tomorrow.

@HeidiLite am jealous of sunshine, have barely seen the sun all year despite going to Italy!

I also have another pen due from Oushk today. Which takes me up to June for supply so I think I might have to take a break from ordering and then move back to ordering 2.5mg.

I weighed in today after returning from my trip. I’m 58.9kg which I’m happy with. I was over 59kg yesterday but that was pre 💩 so it doesn’t count. The suppression has been strong all week at 2mg and meant I’ve felt nausea everytime I’ve overeaten.

I have two appointments this week. One phone call with GP to discuss a referral for BRCA gene testing. And one appointment with the specialist re: lump.

Thelittlestranger · 21/02/2026 08:58

Congratulations @meatyryvita !
@Jins I'm on the flex plan with Oushk. I've been paying £15 per month since October. Right now, I don't need to use it, but I enjoy the insurance that I can.
@HeidiLite I would love to be in a hot country right now. I am always so cold since getting smaller. Not just cold, but it seems to seep into my bones and it's so difficult to warm up. I'm looking forward to Spring more than ever.
@DGmaintaining lumps are always worrying. I hope they move you through the system fast now you are back.

It's been 5 months of no jabbing and sometimes the food noise is very tedious. I always finish my plate, I love snacking and I find it hard to avoid something sweet in the evenings. I'm balancing this out with a lot of exercise - yoga, pilates, strength training, bit of running as I fix my SLI joint, swimming and lots of walking. It's just as well I'm not having to do much work.

Weight is staying the same - but it's hard work. I started tracking again, and I've been averaging 1700 cals a day over the week. As a shortie, that's more than I was eating. And I'm going to stop tracking again as it makes me obsessive.

Today is body balance, quick treadmill run, lunch with my sisters and then collapse. OH and I went to the pub last night, and I'm going to be powered today by the prosecco I drank last night (and the sourdough I inhaled when I got home to soak it up!!)

HeidiLite · 21/02/2026 09:06

@Thelittlestranger I have a collection of thermal tops now, yes freezing all the time. And ny super warm fake oodie sees a lot of use. Unfortunately it's not entirely appropriate for office.
Natural insulation layer certainly makes a difference. It's 30 degrees and it feels just pleasantly warm.

OP posts:
Zempy · 21/02/2026 11:05

@Thelittlestranger I suspect I just bore people now, going on about how cold I am, but it’s intolerable. I feel like I’m deliberately trying to say “look at me, I’m so tiny I am freezing” which isn’t my intention at all. I just want to explain why I’m wearing a scarf gloves and wool coat in a team meeting!

I am feeling my usual self at last after the anaesthetic debacle, but I know to plan for it next time.

@HeidiLite I had never heard of Fujairah. Would you recommend for solo female travelers? Have a fabulous time. I have to wait until Morocco in April for my heat fix!

meatyryvita · 21/02/2026 11:43

Morning all and happy Saturday!! Thanks for all the warm wishes regarding my loss - it was a particularly meaningful loss because I wanted to be below 10.7 before I had my 50th birthday, which is today!!

I went out with friends last night and like @HeidiLite there were photos taken and I didn’t cringe or want them deleted - I looked nice!

I’m very low key when it comes to birthdays, even big ones and so we DH and I are meeting a couple of friends in a nice pub in town later for a few drinks and that will be it. I hope to be in my PJs by 10pm!

Have a great weekend all!

Zempy · 21/02/2026 11:48

Happy birthday @meatyryvita 💐🍾🎉🥳🎂

PrepossessingPenelope · 21/02/2026 11:59

Happy Birthday @meatyryvita!

Yes @DGmaintaining two weeks. I didn’t track much last week for the first time in years which I thought about a lot during the week! I’m really enjoying not being permanently constipated 😄. I eat an orange and a pear most days but often couldn’t face them on MJ so that’s playing a part too I guess.

I am meal planning ahead of another hectic week before I go out shortly, need to make sure I’ve got good food planned otherwise I know I won’t be bothered on a couple of long days at least. I made this last month which I’d forgotten about. It was lovely so I will add that to my list, can recommend.

Ottolenghi's Citrusy Chicken, Fennel and Potato Traybake

Who doesn’t love a traybake? This hands-off midweek dinner by Yotam Ottolenghi combines everything in one tray for maximum flavour with minimal washing up. The citrus and spice blend brings the chicken to life, while the juices create a delicious sauce...

Happy special birthday @meatyryvita 🎉 Have a lovely day.

Weighed in this morning and after staying at 8st 9.2 all week I’m back at 8st 10.2 for the fifth week running. All good data to demonstrate my current regime suits me

hunkydory54 · 21/02/2026 12:17

Happy 50th birthday @meatyryvita 🎉🎂🥳💐 and congratulations on getting to your target weight too

BlueLimes · 21/02/2026 12:43

Happy birthday @meatyryvita have a wonderful day 😊

26inprogress · 21/02/2026 15:26

Happy 50th @meatyryvitaand well done on reaching your goal for it! Celebrations sound just perfect, have a fab evening!
Your hol sounds dreamy @HeidiLite, enjoy the sun! I’ve decided that once ds finishes school next summer a Jan or Feb sun holiday is becoming a regular fixture, these last 7 weeks have just been constantly grim and it’s depressing!!
move had severe munchies the last couple of days and realised I hadn’t jabbed. It worries me just how different I feel still, hopefully titrating down slowly will help 🤞🏻.
happy weekend all

tinyemmy · 21/02/2026 17:11

Happy birthday @meatyryvitaand congratulations on the loss.

Good luck with the appointment @DGmaintainingI hope all goes well.

Lovely to hear everyone else's updates.

I'm currently skiing, back tomorrow. Braving the scales on Monday and will weigh daily until I'm back down to 8 stone 6 (I'm 156cm). I was 8 stone 11 before I came away and just finished eating my third slice of afternoon cake so I am expecting a gain despite the exercise. I've decided I'm going to give it one last go, I'm going to track 1600 calories per day which should hopefully be a little below maintenance but keep me from binge eating. The daily weigh in should keep me on the straight and narrow and I should drop a lot of water weight that first week to help motivate!

My last jab was just coming up to 9 weeks ago but I started putting in weight whilst I was still jabbing during December and then only really put another couple on post jab, so if I can get my binge eating under control and get my weight back down I will call that success! I have been doing a lot of gym work so don't necessarily want to get back to my lowest of 8 stone 4, but based on my belt on my ski trousers I have definitely put on fat rather than muscle (plus I know I was eating like it was going out of fashion, hopefully now out of my system!!). I have done a lot of reading around binge eating and everything says eat regular meals which I haven't been doing and eat a good amount of calories in the day, which I've never done, so I'm going to try it (plus hoping to up my ADHD meds at my appointment on Monday).

Hope you’ve had a fab ski holiday! You’ll do it, you have a plan and know you’ve done it before, good luck!

I’ve also been reading and decided I’m going to start having breakfast, I haven’t really since doing f800 but I think it may help stabilise and stop mum CV ies later. Planning either overnight oats, Greek yoghurt fruit, seeds and nuts or eggs with our homemade granary sourdough, will see if that helps!

loads of luck with your appts @DGmaintaining

I usually have a MoMA instant porridge as it's quick and I don't have much time in the morning, but I probably need to add some fat and/or extra protein to reduce the sugar spike. I often have overnight oats for lunch (certainly for in office days), I'm planning some goats cheese salads for other days. I really hope the scales come down quickly for us all!!

Polkadotdash · 21/02/2026 18:02

Happy 50th @meatyryvita! Hope you have a fabulous weekend.

Polkadotdash · 21/02/2026 18:03

I have hay fever today. HAY FEVER. It’s stopped raining for 5 mins and I think the bloody hawthorn tree in the back garden has woken up and poisoned me. Bastards!

@HeidiLite and @tinyemmy very jealous of both your escapes.
